Women and Men in the workplace will be somewhat attracted to each other because they are always near each other. They will begin to feel comfortable with their presence.

This is why arranged marriages are done in other countries. People feel women and men can learn to love each other because it actually does happen more times than not.

Ignoring the weird example.....

When they talk listen to them with 100% of your attention, make soft eye contact, and smile at them warmly. React to what they are saying in a way that mirrors their emotions at the time. You can also repeat what they say in your own words and offer follow up questions.

Most people have a desire to be listened to and understood, so this is an easy need to fulfill. When you fulfill some need the other person has, you create attachment.
