So I was at a bar last night, having a drink by myself. I was approached by a dude that I know, and he was trying to get me to approach a table of women drinking. I think he wanted a wingman. I wasn't feeling it, I just wanted to have my drink by myself. He went off to talk to them and I went to the toilet. When I came back down, dude started calling me and waving me over, I said fuck it and went over and sat down.

They asked us for drinks, which is okay (I don't normally buy drinks for random women because I feel used, but the guy I was with seemed to not have the cash so I jumped in) I got the drinks, we drank and their drinks came which they offered some of.

The women that offered us a drink started pouring glasses for her friend and then when it came to us guys she said "i feel weird pouring drinks for males" 🫤. I asked her why and she said "I don't want to cater to men"

This was a weird statement to me. So I wanna ask do any of the women on this sub feel the same way? In this situation would you feel uncomfortable pouring a glass for a man? It just felt weird politicising the pouring of a drink.
