Because of our wiring, men and women can reward each other immensely. It gives a lot of rewarding in the brain when we are reciprocated.

I'm pretty sure it's because we're mammals wired for mating on a biological level. People like to intellectualize their feelings, but it ultimately comes down to wanting to satisfy our basic desires.

Biology makes us fall in love and motivate us to do all the stuff that leads to acquiring a mate.

Men here don't seem to understand that it's not men vs women that causes their issues.

It's men vs men, where they lose out. Other men are outcompeting them for what they want. Other men are "hording" all the dates, sex, and hot women, by being better men (regarding mating success and the traits required for that).

If the men would be on the successful side of mating, they would have zero issues to complain about. They would not fight women. It's a misplaced fight to beging with.

Instead of improving and winning in the male vs male competition, they blame women for not picking guys with loser traits.

It's basically Nietzsche's "slave morality". Nietzsche's "slave morality" is a value system that arose from the perspective of the weak and oppressed, who, through resentment (ressentiment), devalue the qualities of the strong (master morality) by turning them into vices. Instead of directly confronting the strong, the weak create a new code where qualities like pity, kindness, and humility, which serve to benefit the weak, become the highest virtues.

That is the typical loser, niceguy, incel perspective. And they are heavily triggered when the "asshole men" (the attractive, masculine, desired = master morality) get women, while they, the virtuous (kind, humble, weak) are not successful. This clash of the moral systems is what we can observe in the "gender war" in this sub.

Weak men trying to make being weak the desired, good morals, and being angry when that doesn't work.

I think most people seek relationships because they don't know what else to do so they follow the traditional life path of grow up, get a job, get married, have kids, retire, die. It either doesn't occur to them to do anything else or they are just hell bent on continuing on the more linear life path for whatever reason.
