I mean ... I can think of ways that both statements can be true at the same time. RAINN did some research and discovered that almost all sexual assaults on college campuses are done by 3% of the male population. That makes it both potentially dangerous to be around men in general because you don't know which guys are in the 3%, and also insulting to 97% of men when you say they're all rapists.
