So for those that don't know Hamza is a "Red Pill" YouTuber from the UK who creates videos for young men discovering self improvement and in his own words helps them go from being a "Jeffrey" to an "Adonis". So basically helps young men go from being little bitches to competent men. The guy had probably become one of my favourite YouTubers over the last few months because the dude doesn't give you the fictitious and sugar coated crap that most fitness influencers give you. He talks about CICO being bullshit and that the food you eat absolutely does matter, and argues against dirty bulks that will lead to fat gain and instead suggests that you should lean bulk all year round instead of doing bulk and cut cycles.

He's technically a "Red Piller" as a lot of his content surrounds those ideologies but he does call out the Red Pill community on Reddit and other sites fairly often as he feels a lot of the userbase on those sites are too spergy and don't actually get the concepts. He thinks the ideas such a texting for logistics and not actually trying to connect with women on an emotional level is bullshit.

He's good in my opinion because he isn't fake, he's willing to change his opinion and is open to learning new shit all the time if what he said in previous videos were false, and has spent hours on videos where he tells people his self improvement story from start to finish over the 7 years. His period of time in the hookup game, how it left him feeling empty, his experiences with mental health issues and addiction, the dude is honest.

He said the reason he makes the videos is because he targets it at his younger self, and what he wishes his younger self could have seen at that age, in the hopes they can make a change and improve their lives. I'm in his Discord server too and I've actually spoken to the dude a couple of times over message and he's such a humble bloke, great dude and he's helping a lot of young men.

What do you think of him?
