Ass isn't a new thing. It's always been generally attractive to men. A lot of women don't realize that a majority of beauty standards are held up and propagated by other women, not men, and (white) women especially in the 1900s had something against nice asses but you don't have to look hard to find references and literature of men from that same time period talking about how they love ass and thighs and hips and a "womanly figure".

Preference for big asses has been common among black Americans for decades (I’ve heard that the same is true for many latino Americans). In my observation, this preference started becoming more common among the white American population about 6 or 7 years ago. I’m not sure why, but I think Hip-Hop culture and the body positivity movement have played a big role.

Woman, times change. Trends change. In the 60's to 80's we had blonde bombshell types that was all the hype everywhere. Beginining the 90's and the advent of radical feminism into mainstream society, things start to change heavily towards many types of women including the non white ones. With the advent of instagram, everybody is trying to look like one of those kardashian clan.

Nobody is forcing this trend on anyone. Its just that preferences change over time.

Also guys in general don't like lanky tall girls today. The same way how a lot of the ladies don't like short men. Its probably due to this fact, not because you don't have a big ass.

Your post is example of the strange world you women live in where you feel like world is ending because men don't pay attention to you like they did in your early 20's.
