Women should consider men the same height as them/working civil servant programs

Same height means no accommodations required based on height difference.

Civil servant job means job security with guaranteed benefits, and many can be done without degrees (DMV, tax collector, post office, process server, etc.). As in, apocalypse or a failed drug test to lose that job.
