Who all would be against this idea: if the defendant(s) are found not guilty, there should be a subsequent ~~trial~~ investigation of the victim of the first trial to find if they accused the defendant with any malicious intent. Hopefully that would reduce the number of fake rape accusations and punish the ones who still attempt it
