He was an immigrant worker from The Dominican Republic working hard to support his family and they were making fun of him for the jacket he was wearing.

After he beat her and her whole squad up, including the White Knight, he was actually arrested and charged at first IIRC but later after the full extent of the video was known and he showed that the lady hit his head with her heels which tore off a significant portion of his ear, his charges were either dropped or settled out of court or whatever.

Just saw a video on yt about this case. Apparently the guy is a 6''6' bouncer and charges were dropped against him. Also it's been theorized that we maybe will make first contact with aliens soon as they heard the echo of that slap making it's way through the observable universe.

It parades around like an uppity economic powerhouse whose above the issues of everywhere else, but really that economic activity is concentrated in an extremely small subset of the population and the rest of full of low life trash humans who live there to leach off the economic producers in rent controlled units, welfare queens whose only semblance of a full time job is jumping metro turnstiles and committing crimes. i.e., this woman.
