If you see the common pattern in all the feminist equal rights movements, they only talk about jobs in fully air conditioned buildings with work desk, charging socket and adjustable movable chairs which are just top 10% of the jobs. It seems that most people have no idea who was running the world when top 10% workers were working from home during the lockdown.

I see two idiots in the post. The logic she is using here is simple;

"If men start wars, they are also the ones who fight them. Let women rule, and if they do happen to get into a war women will fight it. But the latter obviously won't cause a war."

To respond to this with "mEn StArT cOmPaNiEs" isn't even a strawman. It's a misunderstanding of the point. The obvious rebuttal is to simply ask her why she thinks penises are what causes war, rather than actual major conflicts between nations.
