Hello,

I posted a while back, but still would like some outside ideas as I continue to feel lost.

My issues are very broad but: how to determine your SMV, how do you know what men are suitable for my SMV, and how to find/attract these men.

I tried monk mode for a while, trying to understand myself better before seeking a relationship... and it seems that the only thing that really makes me happy in life is being with other people and being able to connect with them. I fear being alone in the future, where my friends and current family members have their own thing going on. I know what I really want is someone I can come home to. Someone I'm comfortable with. A person I can call my 'family' in my later years. Honestly, I am the happiest person on the planet when I am sitting on the couch, watching some show with someone close, and laughing/enjoying time with them.

So, as you can see, I have a deep concern for navigating the water of the modern-day/hookup culture world.

While I do not mind reading RedPill theory, I guess I struggle with the practical application of the whole thing. I trust it because I trust men's view on things related to relationships than women's (which are often times completely unrealistic and illogical unfortunately).

I am fine with accepting truths. I am naturally someone who can consider someone else's needs over my own if it means strengthening a relationship (in fact, I've been told I do this a bit much...). But am not sure how to get there.
