My fiancé and I work together in a restaurant. I used to be friendly with one of the managers, who is a gay man, prior to dating my man. As friendships do, we kinda drifted apart for no reason. However, every now and again this man hugs me, and it bothers my fiancé. Since I know that, I certainly don't initiate hugs, and almost always avoid them. Well today I came upon the manager crying in the office, when he came out he approached me from behind with a hug, thanking me for listening. Across the room my fiancé yelled, "hey hey hey! What's going on here?" And now he is avoiding me visibly angered. I know I need to tell this guy to stop hugging me, but I need some suggestions for how to do it gracefully. Please help :(
