TRP: male self improvement in both sexual dynamics and life with the focus on the self, not women, but success with women comes as a consequence of improvement. TRP focuses on short-term relationships. TRP is unique in revealing how things really are between men and women, for most people (heterosexual, of course). Getting redpilled removes the veil that society casts full of white lies, PC answers, self-censorship, and hopium, therefore leaving you with a raw unfiltered view of the world that puts words to explain why things are the way they are and, for the most part, always have been. TRP does not care about exceptions to the rule.

TRP was born out of Game 25 years ago in the manosphere and a group of writers developed it in the 2010s. This is why game and STR dynamics remain a huge part of TRP in spite of TRP principles applying to almost any romantic relationship.

RPW is a female offshoot of TRP that focuses on female self-improvement and long-term relationships. The structure of TRP remains mostly the same, just in a female lens. Despite TRP coming out of the mens' space, it still has to uncover the world for what it is for both men and women. It needs to speak the truth about the sexual marketplace that we all participate in. Naturally, much of this neutral structure in the middle applies for everyone, including women. The foundation of RPW is still built upon this structure, but the goals are changed and male language is replaced with female language.

The Black Pill are men who took the red pill but stay in the anger phase and become pessimistic and nihilistic. They see life as unfair and stacked against them in the realm of dating. They do not accept the sexual marketplace (SMP) for what it is and have no interest in self-improvement. Rather than taking TRP's path of putting in the work to find what works for them they just give up. This community is mostly incels.

Looksmaxxing I've never heard of but it looks to be a company with the goal of helping people improve their physical attractiveness. It's not a central philosophy.

Lastly, most people on YouTube are grifters who barely know what these things truly are.
