I see a lot of posts stating it's ideal to be in an official relationship with a man before having sex. I agree with this notion. I am new to RP modes of operation/thinking in my relationships, so this is my first time applying this in real life.

I've been dating a man for 2 weeks now and we enjoy one another's company. We're both 24. After our last date, the discussion somewhat came up of physical stuff, and I said, "I am enjoying getting to know you and I am attracted to you, but I am not ready for that step yet." He agreed, respected it and that's all. We have another date planned for Saturday.

When it comes to getting official, are dominant men really willing to do so without having had sex with a woman? I am working to show him value in all other areas - conversation, fun (we're planning hiking for a date soon), etc. Is it too soon to cook for him as well? Cooking is very near and dear to my heart, but I don't want him to get the wrong idea with the "romantic dinner at my place" thing.

Any advice? Is this a topic I should bring up if he asks about sex again in the future without a commitment, maybe straight up saying, "I don't have sex with men I am not in a relationship with." or is that a baaaad idea? I want to play it cool and keep him interested.
