Wow, hello! I just discovered this sub today and I am speechless. I feel like this is a great opportunity to improve my relationship with my love.

However, I would like to seek out some advice from you ladies. 21F/22M A little background, I have found that I often make my partners feel inadequate, like most things they do are not right. I try to communicate effectively about what I need to feel loved. Recently, my boyfriend has told me that he feels like he cannot do anything right with me. We are in a LDR and do not text much. I have felt dumb for texting him when he doesn’t reply for hours after he is off of work, usually he is with friends but I would not know that, I am looking to catch up about our day. I have asked for him to check in with me and let me know if he is busy and I’ll be okay, I can always talk to him later or the next day. He has started to do this which i am grateful for. I have also expressed that I am unhappy with our sex life. The sex seems to be over when he cums, and I have asked for him to help me get there, but he does not. It has made me fairly angry and I have been acting childish because of it. It makes me feel undesirable, as if he does not want to touch me. I know I am projecting my insecurities but i feel like he should want to please him. That’s a basic need I need met. I am a very head strong person so I have plainly told him how I felt and I unintentionally hurt his feelings.

How can I go about expressing my needs in a way that does not emasculate him? He is so good to me and for me. I never want to make him feel this way again. How can I make this up? Any advice will be appreciated and in the meantime I will continue browsing this sub!
