Hey guys!

I've lurked for a couple of weeks. I have a question you all. I'm a 38yo F married almost 15 years to a 47yo M. I've always been in pretty good shape, but I haven't made time for the gym in the last couple of years. I'm ready to take it to the next level and be disciplined about juicing and hiit, supplements, exc. I'd really like my husband on board. He tries here and there, but has a high carb diet. He has a very soft body with little muscle and I think he has breasts! His T was 300 5 years ago when he had it tested. His doctor said it was in the range of normal. I don't think 300 is ideal. He's a great man, but our sex life is boring (the detachable shower head is my ally) and there are other areas that I think may be affected by his lower T. I tell him my sexual fantasies, but since they are submissive I can't really take the lead with them. I think he's wanting me to lead them. I can't figure out how that would work. Anyway, my question is: if I just do my own thing and get my own fitness together without him, will I resent him and it will end up being bad for our marriage. I'm kind of wanting to "go my own way" so to speak and set my own goals and life trajectory without him (maybe a side business, getting fit, new hobbies, exc). He works and handles the finances and I'm home with 5 boys.
