RPW advice for heartbreak

I see post about becoming better version of yourself, being good partner, treating man better.I was wondering how does rp says about dealing with heartbreak (like real heartbreak) for women (i see a lot for man). Doing stuff to improve yourself is definitely a way but the hardest part is actually starting to do work to improve.

I am wondering if there any post about heartbreak as I mostly found about alpha Widowed (maybe it is related to it).

I liked this from one of Laura Doyle's book, it isn't geared towards healing from heartbreak but I think it could help.

Write down 20 things you enjoy doing (no chores, just pure enjoyment) and make sure to do at least two of them a day.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
