Has anyone gone through "anger phase" after being redpilled"?

The answer is clearly yes, hence it being called a "phase" in the community. Phases are by definition something temporary.

Phases also tend to be something necessary. Anger is how many of us process information that can be difficult, even shocking. It can be healthy, as long as it's channeled into something meaningful. Given the subreddit - that something should be self-improvement.

My best advice is getting completely rid of any guilt and any signs of victim mentality - feeling like you've been wronged is typically the catalyst for anger (the bad kind) and it will ALWAYS stop you from bettering yourself and avoiding the crazy cat lady fate.
