I once had a girl in my life who literally only called me whenever she was bored. Bear in mind that while "we were together" we only got to see each other for about 3 1-hour sessions a week because of our schedules.

Several times she blew me off in order to hang out with people she saw on a regular basis, or I would catch her lying about being tired and then find out that she went to a club or a concert. Suffice to say, I was a beta she was stringing along.

My alpha moment was kind of a turning point. I started off on a gamble to see if I was imagining things - I refused to contact her until she contacted me. We didn't speak or see each other for 5 months. When we finally did meet up, I had changed.

Over those 5 months I had started working out to get rid of some of the excess anger. I cleaned up in terms of dressing myself and finally decided to shave my scraggly neck hair that I pretended was a beard.

Suffice to say, she was ditching a 4 and then later met up with an 8.

She was speechless.

She tried to make conversation but I was dismissive at best and real quick to end the conversation. As my class was about to start, I excused myself and as I turned to walk away, she said, "so we're meeting up this weekend at our usual time?" as if nothing had happened.

I stopped and looked at her before I simply said, "Can't. I have a date" and walked off.

I never spoke to her again.

Earlier in high school I would give this one chick a ride home pretty much every day. She lived a couple doors from me so I said yes. I'd even stay after school to wait for her for like an hour. One day I text her and ask for help with calc homework. No response. So I say fuck it. I ask someone else. Then I go outside to take out the trash and there she is, on her phone, probably texting one of her girlfriends. The next day after school she texts me that she's going to my car. By that time I already left, because fuck that bitch. Later she texts me that it wasn't nice of me to just leave her hanging there. I never responded, deleted her number and have not really spoken to her since. One of my early alpha moments.

my older brother (28) had been demoralised by a girl (8/10) who had him wrapped around her finger.

She had likely cheated on him when they were in a relationship, and after they broke it off kept using him. He would pay for their meals and drive her around (although he did get sex, she was fucking other guys too).

Months of my dad and myself go by trying to get him to ditch her completely.

Eventually he tells her to fuck off and hes not gonna be "that guy" to her anymore. He joined a gym and is now a beast. He's started training me at the gym too.

He made serious strides in the right direction and it all started with telling some snivelling wench to fuck off. Not the best story you'll here, but i'm happy with his situation

This happened roughly a month ago.

My uni roommate (24) who has total beta characteristics is totally in love (yes, in love) and has this relationship with a girl (I don't know her age but she has to be in her early 20's). He's her tool. He doesn't stand up for himself. His life is fully in her control. She can tell him to jump out of the window and he would happily do it just for her. She surely fucks him every now and then just to not make it suspicious for him but I know deep in my guts that she fucks a lot of guys besides him. I told him many times to stand up for himself, to become a man, just subtly telling him about the red pill. He wouldn't listen.

One day, he was about to invite her to our room (he invites her a lot of times and I agree to it because I want to see/hear the type of behaviour I want to avoid). But then, few minutes later, something happened. He knew I am a pot smoker but he doesn't toke. He asks me if I could roll a joint and then we would smoke it. Luckily I had my bud with me so I replied yes but I wondered about him inviting her. "I just don't feel like it, I don't feel like meeting her everyday, I want to be free from her today." that was his reply. I was in shock and awe. Perhaps this could be the end of his beta days? So we went to the shop to get few beers, neither of us felt like going to the pub and stink after cigarettes. We came home, I rolled it, sparked it, taught him how to properly inhale it and he had a few good puffs which got him very high (needless to say, I was high as fuck too). We watched a bit of football and played Diablo 2 and drank beer, basically what I consider a brilliant evening.

The next day, he went back to his old beta ways and continues to do so. I just don't understand it. Something went wrong in his brain but I'm happy that he could, at least for one freaking day, stand up for himself and enjoy the life without her.

A friend of mine who is so beta you can see his picture in the dictionary was with a (6.5/10, good body and face but a lazy eye) girl that just owned him.

One day we were all sitting around, about ten of us, just hanging out, and I overhear her telling some other guys how she just isn't good at giving head. She's just loving all of the attention she's getting talking about sex with these guys and my friend is just pretending it doesn't even fucking matter.

Something clicked over in me, (i was a complete beta myself at this time, too, but I had just lost my virginity a week before and felt invincible) and I looked the girl in the eye and said, "I can teach you how to give good head."

Everyone in the room went silent.

She says, "Oh yeah? How?"

I said, "Its easy" and I made the motions of grabbing her head and face fucking her.

A couple of people started laughing about this and she exploded. I don't really know what went though her brain when she said this, but she stood up, outraged, and started yelling at me, and finished with, "If you don't like the way I suck your dick, then there's the fucking door!"

I swear to god, this feeling of power welled up in my heart as I looked her in the (one eye that was actually on me) and said, "If I don't like the way you suck my dick, then you won't like the way I lick your pussy."

The room erupted into laughter. It was so obvious that I didn't even know what the fuck I was talking about, but just the audacity of me telling off the prettiest girl in the room was just too much.

She just sat down and buried her face in shame.

Later on, she helped ruin the relationship with the girl I lost my virginity to by telling her that we had been fucking behind her back.

I broke it off for other reasons and didn't find out about it for years, though.

Lazy eye later ended it with my friend by convincing him to give her a bunch of money and then running off to another state with her new boyfriend whom she had been fucking for months.

Last I heard, he knocked her up and blew town. She is miserable. Fucking karma.

17 year old me, lost my virginity to 22 year old girl (thought it was cool at the time.) Eventually she felt bad or guilty or some bullshit blah blah wanted to stop hooking up so we stopped. She belonged to the same car group as me and this other girl whom I was friends with. Little did I know they were actually friends. I end up hooking up with 22 year olds friend like 3-4 times, she has no idea. 22 year old rides with me one day on one of our outings to the beach since she had no ride (beta me no joke) and I mention how me and friend hooked up. Que up "Oh reallllly?????" Thought nothing of it, she seemed to talk less after I told her that, dropping her off at her house was invited inside to let traffic die down before going home, immediately had sex. So much for not hooking up ever again. That was the first guilt/dread game/preselection whatever you want to call it experience. At the time I was confused on why she did it but now I can see clearly why.

I have told this story before but it applies here because I was the hardcore example of a dark blue beta.

I found an old AIM conversation with my bitchy ex from high school (so about 6 years ago) where she was trying to make me jealous by talking about a new guy she was interested in and I responded with a one-word 'cool' with nothing else for the rest of the day, which of course made her start going crazy and looking for validation/messaging me non-stop/etc. At the time I think I had said that and gotten upset and left the computer for a while (so very BP) but looking back with my current perspective I lol'd because that was actually a great response to generate attraction.

I'm still new to this, so I'm not sure if this qualifies. There is this chick in our (redacted) club. She shamelessly flirts with/friendzones a few of the dudes here, including me. I usually respond with detached amusement.

Anyway, one day she's just being loud and obnoxious interrupting people, so I put her in her place: "interrupting people and trying to talk over them while (they do what we do in this club) is rude. It's not an attractive quality." She shut up after that.
