Just wanted to share with you guys.

I came across this dude named Ido Portal. His method is to train movement rather than lifting weights, which I find to be more suited to me.

Im a super skinny guy with high metabolism, and I have lifted before, but it really takes too much out of me, especially because I have a demanding job where I often work till 7 pm or later. Ive also experienced knee pain, despite hiring a professional trainer to make sure Im doing everything right.

With his method however, I was able to progress so much further, becuase its kinda fun, and it gets you pretty fit as well. Ive also started training more gymnastic stuff from Coach Summers Gymnastic Bodies.

Best thing about these things is that I can do all these in front of the TV, and when you learn how to do more acrobatic stuff, you want to do it all the time. When I learned how to backflip, I was doing it all the time, and as a result gained a toned 6 pack, as well as having a party trick under my belt. But the best (and the hardest) stuff I found is all the hand balancing stuff, you really don't realize how weak you are until you try this.

So if you have issues with going to the gym and lifting, I suggest you try these things out. They are not easy, but they are definitely more fun to do.
