How do you guys deal with the meaninglessness of all of this?

We do everything we can with the hand we're dealt. We work out, make money, and strengthen our inner and outer game. We definitely get more attention, hotter girls, and better sex and/or relationships with the work we've put into this- at least at first. But in the end, no matter what, she'll eventually get bored of whatever it is you have to offer. There will always be another guy out there with something better, different, or even just new, so you just find another to replace her. And so on and on it goes...like a penrose staircase that continues to go further up and up and yet somehow you remain in the same loop over and over. Hell - whether you're an alpha who became beta, a beta who became alpha, an alpha who remained alpha, or a beta who remained beta the staircase remains the same. You can descend or ascend as many times or as many ways as you want.

Don't get me wrong, I think doing this is great for all men to truly grow for themselves and gain confidence in themselves. However once you've reached the point where you know there are enough girls in the world willing to have sex with you...then what? You know that the girl staring at you down at the gym will eventually see you as a fat slob - reality be damned; you know that the eventual mother of your children will eventually want to swallow someone else's. Do we all just knock up the hottest girl willing to let us go raw if we want children, let the 1-2 years of "love" run its course, and then just continue on our infinite loop? Is there really any enjoyment in seeing that same movie for the 100th time where you know the story, including the ending, by heart?

There's a lot of random thoughts here but I guess my question is starting to become a spiritual one: beyond the initial (and by no means insignificant) gains in confidence and maturity, is there any meaning to any of this?
