I was about to say the same thing. A girl I know, pretty cute 7/10 maintains a circle of orbiters. They vary in degrees of weakness but all are weak men. The stronger few of the group (the tallest midgets) very occasionally get to fuck her when she's struggling to reel any alphas.
She tries to spin alpha plates but is often cast away when she gets too needy and attached. If the betas are in the right time at the right place they are granted entry to reconfirm to her that she is desirable. She essentially spins easy plates at great distance for when the alpha prospects aren't looking strong.

As has been said, beta orbiters are the equivalent. The reason we don't refer to them as plates for women is that spinning plates requires that you put in a little effort to keep them spinning. Orbiters require no effort on the part of a woman, her natural gravity keeps them in place.

Yes. Not exactly plates, but I think every girl that is above 7/10 always has this group of Beta orbiters masked as friends who would fuck them if they can. Maybe they are just friends, but girls invest time on them, and flirt with them.
The relationship works in an emotional level. Women love attention. An it's an ego boost. They can easily tell a true friend from a friend that wants to fuck her. And they like to keep them around/hooked.

Plates for women are very different from plates for men. While they're not necessarily having sex with multiple partners (though they may be) women often have a number of guys at the ready. These are "beta-orbiters."
They text these beta-orbiters sporadically, are always friendly, do just enough to make these guys interested and convince them there's a chance something will happen. While they will not move forward in the relationship, the girls will keep them around just in case something happens and they need a man to run to.
More discreet, perhaps. There's definitely more deniability. But don't be fooled. You're disposable. Remain a great man, or you will be replaced.

That's a lot of confirmation bias. You're defending the girls you know on the basis of familiarity.
But you're right, most girls do only date one guy at a time. The thing is, most girls also have guys waiting on the wing. The above average looking girls have legions of followers/orbiters/lurkers/etc. They may not date them, but they really don't have to because they already receive benefits from them.
All you need to know is that if you screw up, she will offer your seat to someone else. And there will be plenty of thirsty guys who want to take your seat.

Example is the current girl I'm dating. She works 3 nights a week & during the day. We hang out 3 nights a week. She's ALWAYS available, if I want to do something, she's available 100% of the time.
Yes she is good looking and I'm sure has orbiters.
I REALLY don't think she's seeing other guys or another guy, however. And she was long distance with a guy for a year and a half and told me she was actually upset because she never dating anyone else during that time. Yes this all could be a bunch of lies but I HIGHLY doubt it.

I knew a girl who did this. You'd never guess if you met her socially, but if you knew her sexually you'd find out she's married and seeing 2-3 other guys.
Typically she had husband, one regular guy, one occasional guy, and she'd sometimes go on a date to see if someone new who drifted into her life was sexy and suitable. Very honest with everyone as far as I know - everyone knew about everyone else.

As far as I know, her husband knew. I believe it - she was consistent in this and disappearing for weekends with me, overheard conversations etc.
I never understood the marriage thing. The polygamy made sense. "I always cheated so I got an open relationship when I married", she said. I think she wanted the security. I do not fully understand, even with TRP knowledge.

Women want the best possible man and to lock him down. They prioritize quality over quantity and will simply branch swing if they feel they can do better. In this sense they don't technically keep plates, however they will keep beta orbiters just in case of a crash landing to rebound off of.
