Distance running kills testosterone. Replace it with short intense intervals. Also, make sure you are squatting and deadlifting heavy.

Your standards are way too low for LTR.

Other than that workout, take supplements, learn to be more comfortable having sex. and most importantly STOP masturbating.

Should cure the ED eventually naturally.

If you are circumcised do you have DGS? Lack of sensation? That was my problem and can make it difficult to get aroused even for me (high drive high-T male). My first time I barely felt being inside the woman but I at least kept hard for about the whole hour it took for me to finally get off. Like you OP, sweating like a fooker, I can relate, that was literally from one of the hardest workouts I have ever done because of my bed. Damn memory foam bed is useless for fucking, it's like treading sand and made everything too difficult. Still, kept hard and got done eventually.

I wouldn't go no-fap, that actually kills me. First it's super painful in my groin and after breaking no-fap I have messed up libido a few days. Look up a Fleshlight, helped all my issues pertaining to sex. Using hand even once a week will de-sensitize me bad to where I can't feel a blowjob half the time, never use your hand if DGS really is your problem.

I have four suggestions:

1: Run less. Recovering from extensive aerobic exercise is taxing on the body. As another poster said, do intervals. You'll look better anyway.

2: Do more weights, including squats and deadlifts, and go heavy. It will boost growth hormone and T. However, don't squat and in particular don't DL heavy on days you think you're going to get laid. Both are very intense on the the central nervous system and your ability to get hard will be dramatically affected. However in the long term and on non-leg days it will be improved.

3: Supplement with Mucuna Pruriens. This is a natural herb which contains L-Dopa. L-Dopa is the chemical precursor to Dopamine which helps with confidence, focus, delayed gratification, etc. It is also subsequently broken down into testosterone, which is good for obvious reasons.

4: Suppliment with HTP-5. HTP-5 is also derived from a plant and is the chemical precursor to Serotonin and is critical in regulating mood, digestion and other body functions. It gets broken down into melatonin which regulates sleep. This will help you get over your oneitis.

They need to be taken together as they are competitively inhibitive, meaning the same chemical compound uptakes them in the brain so if you over stimulate with one you drown out the other which is counter-productive.

However they are both natural and all they do is allow the body to produce more of both compounds, you are not introducing more of the drug into your body.

When taken in the right doses and in combination, you feel like you, but the best version of you.

Finally, most ED has some significant psychological element. This means you should probably be meditating every day to calm your mind. But to my other suggestions, boosting T, dopamine and Serotonin will make you happier, more confident. Women will respond well to this, boosting confidence. You'll also be less concerned about getting your sausage hard, which makes it easier to get your sausage hard.

I know some on here will disagree with this, but I'd try staying away from pornography - if that's something you think you overindulge in. I've noticed that it decreases my libido, drive, or urge to have sex - to the point where, yeah, I've suffered ED in the past.

I cut it out of my life, and it's stopped being a problem, but then that also came along at a time in my life where I started eating healthier, lifting, building confidence, etc - so I'm hesitant to suggest that cutting that out alone will help. But it's worth trying in parallel with what everyone else has suggested.

Well Guys,

Thanks for the advice, just a brief update

My urologist took some bloods and everything is normal, my test score went up from 12nmol/l to 16nmol/l ( 346ng/dl - 461ng/dl) in the interim I went to my GP and explained the ED drugs aren’t working, that doctor prescribed testogel testosterone, 30 day supply take a small sachet before having sex, I took two sachets a day for two weeks and felt nothing different, cut some fat and noticed some lean muscle but no increase in libido, I always taken 25mg of zinc daily and 375mg of Magnesium.

My urologist had me on 5mg of cialis a day for mild prostrate, but I stopped taken this as the effect was reducing, first few days hard as a rock after that I noticed the effects reducing.

Last summer I was on 1500mg of L-arginne and 120mg of Pycnogenol this did work and increase my libido but after a while it stopped working.

Since my original post I am now taking Horny Goat Weed (10% icarin) going to combine with L-arginne and Pycnogenol again, I am also thinking of adding maca and d’aspartic acid and see what happens.

I have only just turned 41, is it normal to feel like this, the last girl I was dating did give off the vibe of not been really into it and I think this may have some negative effect, next time I am dating I want to be ready to fuck for a gold medal in the Olympics.

Any thoughts on the supplements, should I cycle them etc?
