I'll cut to the chase by saying that I have not much to add or talk about. I remember that 3 years ago, I decided to do daily pushups and situps. First day, I didn't get further than 10 lousy pushups, and barely 15 situps. I felt worthless at that moment, but decided to keep up and just do as much as I can before my muscles just don't want anymore. I just remember the situps, and the amount grew with every day. 15 became 20, then 30, 60, 90, 120, 220, 400, up to the point where my muscles would recover faster than they would get tired, and did situps 3 hours straight, I believe 3000 of them. A situp every 3-4 seconds.

I compared pics of myself now and back then. I look identical. But I don't feel the same at all. On my past pics, I felt great, in my current state, I feel like shit. Because I can't do those 3000 situps anymore, only 0,5% of them. You calculated that right. I look the same, weigh the same (same weight and bodyfat), and my muscles have gotten terrible.

Do yourself a favour and spend 15 minutes on your body, if you're already not doing it. Just do it before you take a shower and go to bed. Just keep doing the sets until you're not capable of doing any more, and your fitness will drastically improve over the course of just 2 weeks. I've experienced it myself. Brush off the rust and polish them up.
