I was doing some digging about paternity fraud after reading this, and something from wikipedia really stuck out to me:

"In 2001 Mr. Navarro, armed with a DNA test showing he was not the children's father, sued the County of Los Angeles asking to be relieved from the support order.[31] The County of Los Angeles opposed the motion, arguing the motion was filed after the six month limit to contest a default judgment and the mother’s mere assertion that he was the father was insufficient to establish extrinsic fraud. The trial court sided with the County and denied the motion. This ruling was then appealed before the California 2nd Appellate Court of Appeal.[32] In 2004 the court of appeal reversed the trial court decision ruling in favor of Mr. Navarro and became the first published California case to hold that the statute of limitations did not apply in setting aside an old default judgment against a paternity fraud victim.[33] Immediately after the ruling was issued, the Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department announced that it would request that the case be depublished so it could not be used as a precedent by other men in Mr. Navarro's situation.[34] That request was later denied by the California Supreme Court. This is beyond disturbing. I'm so glad i don't live in california. The court, knowing full well that he is not the father, still didn't want to release him from his obligations of child support. And then after the appeal court rightly overturned the nonsense decision, the courts wanted it stricken from public record so other men couldn't use it to get out of similar cases of wrong child support. What the fuck is wrong with the courts.

I like your post because it's action oriented. Men collectively have it within their power to fix every issue the MRA's complain about. Men are half of the voting block and are in control of more capital then women (but we give control of that capital away).

Of the voters about 50% are men and the remaining women. Of the 50% of men 30% are beta's desperate for female validation and sex that they'll do anything to please her highness. Of the remaining 20% of men 10% wouldn't give a shit about men's issues as it doesn't or haven't yet affected them, of the 10% remaining that feel for the brothers only 5% would want to actually take on any actions as the others would be scared of the negative impact on their career. See the problem is not women, the problem is men - Weak men.

Pressure on DAs will not work. Only violent revolution will change the way things are. The ruling elite like the fact that males are in constant fear of rape charges, and forced parenthood. It keeps them weak, and controllable.

And it's not even false rape that is the problem It's normal sexual encounters being called rape. The laws on sexual assault have been changed so much that having sex with a girl who took painkillers is rape. Or having sex with a girl, who in her mind, is completely intimidated by you and will tell the police you coerced her.

No. We need to replace the laws, and replace the rulers.

How about adding false accusations of domestic abuse? Or are we all OK with women taking children from fathers and raping them further with high amounts of child support because child support is tied to custody?

I went through this bullshit and I can tell you it sucks ass. Apparently it is becoming standard in divorce for the woman to start proceedings with abuse accusations. There seems to be some aversion to prosecuting the poor, poor "abused" women that falsely accuse.

Lies are lies and always need to be treated as such without regard to the gender of the source.

The DA has nothing to do with family court, or custody matters. That's the Solicitor General, who represent agencies like CYF. The DA has nothing to do with divorce proceedings. The DA investigates and prosecutes criminal offenses. The DA doesn't set penalties, the mandatories, or the collateral consequences, such as drivers license suspensions, sex offender registration, etc.

The DA has nothing to do with sex offender registries beyond deciding what crimes to charge. The sex offender registries are established by statute. If you want to change that, you have to vote for different state representatives. But, good luck doing that. Nobody has ever won an election on a platform of being more lenient to sex offenders.

OP, have you ever actually tried to run a candidate in a DA election? If you're a small to medium sized city, you need at least $1 million. If you're in a bigger city, you need $5 to 20 million. You're also going to be running against an incumbent, so don't count on your local bar association, or any of the local firms giving you any money.

In any given (non-presidential) election, maybe 15- 20% of the population will actually vote. Of that 15-20%, 50% will vote straight party affiliation. Many local parties won't let a candidate run against an incumbent, which means you will have to run as an opposition party. Also, many places allow DA (and Judges) to list both party affiliations (this means they get the votes from all people who vote straight Democrat and Republican.) Your local DA is probably the product of a political machine. Nobody in your local town machine is going to support your effort to unseat their candidate, especially an incumbent. Of the remaining 50%, 80% will vote based entirely on name recognition, without knowing a single thing about any of the candidates. Furthermore, many DAs run unopposed because nobody wants to spend the money to try to unseat a politically powerful, knowing full well that it doesn't matter how bad a job he's doing, so long as the people recognize his name. The incumbent is going to get all the money from the local parties, the endorsements from the local bar association, and the money from all the local firms. But, go ahead, and spend $1 million of your own money to try to unseat a 6 term good O'l boy political machine incumbent in a local DA race.

Thus, in any given election, about 1.6% of the population is actually to think about who they're voting for.

Finally, a lot of the "decisions" that local DAs make are the result of compliance with various state and federal grants. The reason why DAs have "drug task forces" is because they get grant money for that. The reason why sex offender cases get funneled into "sex offender court" is because they get federal grant money for that. there's no money in prosecuting women for making false rape claims. You can't just change the fucking rules without being willing to give up tens of millions of dollars in state and federal money. You would destroy your entire budget. You'd have to lay off dozens of lawyers, investigators, and you'd lose money for equipment like computers and surveillance devices.

-The Tumblr girl accuser of Toby Turner. (Not yet proven to be false, but she's not pressing charges.)

-Gregory Alan Elliott falsely accused of being a pedophile via fake accounts set-up by Stephanie Guthrie, radical feminist, on Twitter. (Canada.)

-Stoya and the other viral rape accusers of porn performer James Deen. (Not yet proven to be false, but she's not pressing charges.)

-Mia Farrow accusing Woody Allen of molesting their daughter. (Police picked up on the "rehearsed quality" of >the accusations from Mia Farrow's coaching. The daughter also made contradictory statements.)

IMHO This should be an ongoing sidebar addition. "False rape accusations" are an extremely real occurrence and all too common a tactic.

The reaction from feminists is still that 'false rape accusations' are a conspiracy of some evil misogynistic internet trolls. The growing, well-publicized pool of high-profile false-rape accusers proves they're all too real.

If there is a financial or custody incentive for an angry wife in a divorce proceeding to gain more $ or custody then there is a motive to make false accusations. It has been shown in UK and Israeli studies that this is true. Often accusers face no criminal nor civil implications if their allegations are proven false. Think about that when you consider that fathers who are down on their luck may not be able to make a court ordered support payment. They can be imprisoned and be funneled into the fathers to prison pipeline that is the Federal Penitentiary (slave) system.

This would backfire heavily and be seen as a war on women, especially because the different parties will not join you and they have been in the politics business longer than any new groups that could be made. It's why groups like the Tea part and Occupy crash and burn. You will never find enough men to join your cause and most likely would end up being doxxed.
