My first FR, everything flowed so easily for me last night that I think it's worth sharing some key points.

Frame. Set up a date on dating app Bumble. By message four I just said "let's meet for a drink this weekend", she said yes. I gave her a time and place, after she agreed I just stopped replying - she was trying to keep the conversation going. She messaged yesterday morning to check we were still catching up. She was already in my frame. Two things about her profile - she says she is not looking for a fuck and "no smokers pls."

Social proof part 1. I invited her to a bar around the corner from my place that I go to about once a week. The owner and the bar staff all know me. So as soon as I go in, the bar guys yell out "Hey waking-life!" before I even walked up to the girl.

Escalation. We drink, she talks about herself a lot. The usual shit. The more we drink, the closer we get. My escalation just happened "naturally" during the course of the first hour or so. Lightly touching her leg -> giving her fist bumps -> putting arm around her when we go to the bar.

Social proof part 2. At one point we were talking about the dating app. She said "I showed your pictures to a friend. She called you a ladies man." I say, "Oh really, why?" She says "because you have two pictures with girls in them with you." (I have three pics on the app. One is just me. One is me with hot blonde ex who is the reason I found TRP. One is me with hot brunette that the ex and I worked with.) So then she asks "Are you a player?" and I just agreed and amplified with a grin, thinking to myself "I got this motherfucker now".

Confidence. I ask her about the no smokers thing, she's a nurse. I tell her I smoke weed occasionally and that I vape. She rants at me a bit about how nicotine is poison. Didn't stop me from vaping all night. I didn't agree with her. I didn't change my mind to fit her frame. How funny that when I kept frame and built attraction she actually didn't give a fuck whether or not I smoke?

ASD / Shit test. We get drunk, we make out, we go back to my place because I make music and I said "let's go back to mine so i can play you some of my stuff". We drink, we listen to music, we dance, more making out. At one point when I'm lying over her on the couch and playfully pulling her legs apart, she closes her legs and says "I'm not having sex with you." Immediately I just say "Yeah. Good. We just met, that would be ridiculous." She smiles. And then I go straight back to kissing her. I didn't really push for it after that, just kinda did some push/pull, acted like I didn't give a fuck and just vibed on the music and continued drinking. After another make out session, she says it again - "I'm not having sex with you." I actually didn't give a fuck by this stage. OK.

Sex. She invites herself to stay over. I don't care, I'm tired. She asks for a t-shirt and gets comfortable (read: basically nude) and we just both pass out. I wake up around 7am, she wakes up too, we start making out and the sex just happens. No LMR, no resistance, nothing. After round 1 we pass out again. Round 2 she straight up just asks "What are your thoughts on anal?" and I just say "I think we should do that now." Great. There was a Round 3 too.

Post-sex RP truths. This girl is pretty honest, at one point she says she expected to fuck me. I ask why the shit testing. First she said "I don't know" but then thought about it and said "because I want to know if sex is a requirement." I say "And what if a guy reacts badly to that question?" She says "I grab my bag and leave."

TL;DR Frame + social proof + logistics + escalation = Sex.
