I wanted to share some of my experiences I've had with my LTR. I have always had redpill tendencies as my father is redpill himself and gave me valuable lessons over the years but as of late I have realized that I was showing more and more beta qualities. Of course my SO caught on and had started taking advantage of it.

We have been together for almost 4 years but as of last September we have been living together. Moving in together has changed our dynamics and let's just say I'm glad I found the redpill two months ago and have taken charge of my relationship once again. The following are just a few shit tests that I feel like I've passed and in effect have regained control of my relationship and solidified my place as the leader of my household.

Shit test 1 About two months ago right around when I started reading up on the redpill lifestyle my girl and me had an argument. I don't even remember why she got upset and its probably because it was something pointless. She was upset and she told me she didn't want to be next to me or see me so she said she wanted me to sleep on the couch. The old me would have probably slept on the couch, not because she had told me to but because by then I would of probably been annoyed too and wouldn't have wanted to be around her either. I saw this as my first opportunity to put what I have learned to good use. I immediately looked at her and calmly but very firmly told her. " I worked way to hard to afford this nice bed for me to sleep on the couch all because you are being immature and can't sleep next to me. If you don't want to be next to me then take your pillow and you go sleep on the couch." This took her by surprise and she simply didn't know how to respond so she rolled her eyes and left to the couch. I fell asleep feeling good about it but I was dreading the next morning as I knew there would be a bit of blow back. To my surprise around 4 am that night she came into our room and got in bed. She immediately cuddled up next to me and when I woke up she apologized and snuggled up closer. I asked her if she was really sorry or if she had just gotten tired of the uncomfortable couch. She just said "both" and we went to bed. The next day she was back to normal but she made me breakfast and seemed more caring and affectionate toward me. Shit test passed.

Shit test 2 The next one I feel like was a follow up shit test because of the way I handled shit test 1 above. The following weekend I got invited by some buddies to go out and have a drink. My girl wanted me to stay in with her but I didn't want to be a flake with my friends so I decided to go anyways. Keep in mind that I don't go out often or see my friends often because we are all very busy. When I left I could tell she was upset and when I was trying to talk to her she was giving me very short one word answers and even ignored me a bit. Regardless, I went out and had a great time. When I got home she was already in bed but as I tried to go in our room the door was locked. This was strange so I knocked but no answer. I must of knocked for a good 5 min off and on but nothing. I realized that she was in there and this was her way of "forcing"me to sleep on the couch. I was pissed and she wouldn't answer me or get the door. Even though I was pissed I didn't let it get to me and I went down stairs to cool off as I felt I was going to start raising my voice. While I was cooling off I decided I wasn't going to let her win and I sure as hell wasn't going to sleep on the couch. I got a small pry bar from my tools, I pried the molding from the door frame just enough to fit a butter knife in there and pushed the bolt in and opened the door. I was able to get in the room and I went to bed with the biggest smirk on my face. She of course was inside and she pretended to be asleep. The next day while she was at work I went and bought a new doorknob without a lock. I didn't have to as I could have done the butter knife thing again but I wanted to prove a point. Since we are saving our money up to travel we are on a tight budget and we both get a set amount of money to spend on ourselves. Guess who paid for the new doorknob? Yep she did and when she objected I told her the doorknob was needed as her immaturity had proven she couldn't have locks and if it hadn't been for her actions I wouldn't have had to replace it. Shit test passed.

Those two tests were the first ones I passed and helped me gain more respect from her. She has continued to test me in smaller ways but slowly she has accepted that I lead and she follows. She has been way more easy going and even gives me sex anytime I want it now (wasn't like that before since she would always pull the I'm tired bullshit). I've learned that I have to treat her like a child and lead by example. I now try to hold frame and apply the teachings I've learned daily but I'm still learning a lot. I've also been going to the gym and currently in the best shape I've been in a really long time. Anyway, thanks for reading. Please let me know what you think.
