My first post on here so bear with me.

I read about a story that just happened in my own country. It's nothing new and only confirms what we all know but something in me compelled to write about it anyway. I find it so strong in its simplicity.

It's 3 a.m. in a busy student city, lots of people are going out. A guy sees how two girls exit a fast food place and are being harassed by one guy who prevents them from leaving on their bikes. The first guy jumps to their aid and tells the dude to stop. The latter does not take it well and beats the living shit out of the first dude, even using a key to his face. The first guy is left on the pavement with a bloody face, later rushed to hospital where he needs stitches and is told that he will suffer permanent scars to the face.

Guy goes on Facebook asking witnesses to come forward and/or camera footage to be made available. He writes: "Girls on the bikes, if you read this, thanks for just cycling away and not calling police when I was beaten to crap. Much appreciated. Thanks."

I bet you those hoes forgot about their white knight 10 minutes after it happened and had the best night sleep ever (probably after getting fucked hard by Chad first).

Worst thing is: in a few weeks this fool will proudly declare his confidence in people has not been shaken and he will gladly try to rescue another slut in the same situation.

I for one will never find myself in that situation. Fuck that. These hoes are expendable. I am not risking my health, career and aesthetics for some random slut(s). Problem is: for every me there are 100 beta idiots that will, all in the name of "honour".

Moral of the story: don't be a white knight, don't be captain save-a-hoe Super basic stuff.
