Here something I read a few months ago

There's not enough on this forum about closing, and sex. I feel I should share all my pearls of wisdom, from what I've learned and explored on these topics. This post is about a technique I've been mucking about with to give women continuous multiple orgasms. The single best way to get what it means to embody the elements of an emotional lover is to read romance novels.

Not gonna go into details as I'd pretty much be re-writing what drrrrr said. One useful thing I have learned though is how the shape of your dick affects the likelihood of orgasm through penetration.
