Summary

Women in IT will abuse the pussy pass even when they don't need it while bitching about how discriminated they are. A plate confirms it all and more.

About half a year ago I met a cute 24yo HB7+ who just joined a neighbour IT company as a software engineer. Initially I didn't believe she's an engineer because she was too hot, teased her a bit about it and she was very receptive.

Few months forward, we're chatting at a party and she asks me what she's got to do in order for me to hire her. I replied we're not hiring any cleaning ladies at the moment but promised I'll let her know if we do (teasingly, obviously).

I haven't heard from her for the next few months, until a month ago when she added me on LinkedIn. From there it was easy; met her at another nerdfest, moved to a friend of mine's house party where I got some preselection, moved to a club again where 2 ex plates of mine gave me even more preselection and she's been a very regular plate since; brings wine, cleans the house, enjoys being around me (partly because pretty much everyone at her company hates me), is very open about how she does things and how AWALT always works;

  • She easily became the centre of attention at her company just by being the flirty chick
  • She is hardly productive at all but it's not her fault
  • Any nerd will do anything to "have her back" while hoping to bang her eventually
  • She is aware that her skills are ridiculous compared to any guy in there but she still earns more compared to some of them
  • She plays the victim every time shit's going to hit the fan, never gets blamed for anything
  • She knows how pathetic her BB directors are and uses it to get additional privileges

Few nights ago while still in bed, she tells me about an interview she gave that very day for a documentary about women being discriminated in IT;

Plate:I mentioned you on TV today

elatusa: ?

Plate: They were interviewing me about how it is to be a woman in IT and I mentioned your response to my job inquiry

elatusa: Which one?

Plate: Well, I told them that I applied for a job and got a "we're not hiring cleaning ladies" response. Obviously I didn't mention your name or anything but I found it useful for the whole victim scenario.

elatusa: smirks, slaps ass playfully, doesn't argue

Plate: giggles, proceeds to give head

Lessons Learned

  • Regardless of the actual event being playful / teasing, the scene will be used for female victimisation
  • Don't hire hot women into teams of introverted men
  • Don't hire women to do a man's job regardless of degree
  • Feminine Imperative always works, no woman will ever say "I'm good, thanks"
  • AWALT
