The most crucial aspect of maintaining an LTR is abundance mentality. If your LTR senses you cannot fuck other girls she will lose respect for you and the relationship will deteriorate. On the flip side, through soft dread and by being a High-SMV man you can have a very successful LTR with very few hiccups along the way. Below I have listed the most important components to abundance mentality that are crucial to a successful LTR.

  • Stay in Shape Many men fall into the trap of becoming out of shape after entering an LTR. This is unacceptable and needs to be avoided at all costs. You need to be hitting new high's in the gym and keeping your diet in check even more than you did before your LTR. An LTR is TRP on hard-mode and your LTR will try to get you to stay away from the gym and eat unhealthy snacks. This is a shit-test that needs to be ruthlessly ignored. Eventually you should expect your girl to follow suit and be coming to the gym with you and eating healthy meals throughout the week.

  • Dress like a man Your LTR should not be picking your clothes out for you. Get clothes that fit you well and you should be wearing nice clothes in public. If you are in shape and dressed well this alone can generate enough attention from other girls to keep your LTR in check. While you may not notice attention from girls your LTR certainly will and this gives her a constant reminder that she is replaceable if she fucks up.

  • Talk to everyone Everywhere you go you should be highly social and talking to everyone you meet. If you hop in a taxi or uber you should be talking to the driver. If you are ordering food talk with the cute waitress. The benefit to this is that it shows you have abundance wherever you are. You have the ability to talk to people you don't know and this shows your LTR that you don't need her. Being able to walk into a room of people you don't know and be comfortable in your own shoes is a great indicator of abundance mentality.

  • Have Back-Up Options This is more for your own confidence rather than showing abundance mentality. If you are lightly talking to a few other chicks who you know are interested in you than you will naturally be displaying abundance mentality without a second thought. You don't have to be outright flirting with other girls but you should talk to other girls and friends of your LTR to get a natural sense of abundance.

  • Have a life outside of your LTR You need to have activities that are done with out the company of your LTR. A few examples include: golfing with a few of your buddies, a sport league you compete in, going out for drinks with a couple friends.

If you do not have a life outside of your LTR then you are dependent on her and this needs to change fast. A girl will not respect you when she is the center of your social life. You must have your own thing going on. It doesn't matter what it is but you need to have something else going on in your life and this should be outside of your job. Stay busy with social circles not centered around your LTR to keep up abundance mentality throughout the relationship.
