Positive:

Finally realized that the only reason my ex still plays on my mind is because I haven't fucked anyone since - thus sexual frustration has kicked in nicely. Gotta aim to do something about this for sure. I cannot say "oh yeah, I'll tackle my 'issue' with girls when I'm back at Uni", because that's over 6 fucking months away.
Keeping low carb. Finally seeing some loss in weight.
Back at my desired level of consistency regarding the gym.
Habits such as playing guitar and dev'ing in Unity each night are slowly coming into play. Must instead set goals like 'practise guitar for x hours per week' instead though, since there are nights where I cannot be fucked and have little time to dedicate time to both, while getting other stuff done.
Downloaded an app that blocks eBay and Reddit within work hours. This is something that was becoming problematic and an addiction.
Planning trip to Scandinavia for a week. Will be nice to fuck off outta the country again prior to finishing my placement.
Been NoFap for a week.
Neither positive or negative, but I've not got any friends closeby. This is positive in the sense that it's 'teaching' me to be comfortable alone and get shit done when alone, and also good in that I've not tried to force these friendships when the others aren't fussed. Negative in the sense that shit sometimes gets kinda lonely - I only feel I have my Mum to talk to.

Negative:

Missed football and BJJ this week. It ain't worth writing down excuses, no matter how valid they are.
Still awaking every night - blood test is booked. In the meantime I should be getting in bed even earlier than I currently am.
Noticed that I'm less focused at work and more unconscious due to my lack of sleep. I'm going through The Daily Stoic and the accompanying journal and noticing that the tiredness is adversely affecting my presence throughout the day.
Still spending too long in the evenings on YouTube/eBay. Must allocate a set amount of time to each and spend the rest of my time doing more productive things. I'd like to start reading some fiction as I think the constant consumption of self-development-based non-fiction has become counter-intuitive.

It's time for the weekly recap.

Was on a little oneitis. Ghosted her, immediately set up a new plate 2 days later. Honestly it felt great.

Down 22 lbs in 11 weeks. Still have 10 more to go before I hit my desire bf%.

Haven't drank for 3 days straight. Funny enough this is about to be a record for me over the last 2 years. But I don't really miss it, feel pretty good.

Been hitting the gym like an animal for 2 months, Amazing strength gains.

For the first time in my life, I have options on which girl to date on any given night. It feels like a fucking drug, not caring what really happens just having fun.

Bad:

Lost my temper yesterday, and showed it outwardly to my brother. He was being shitty, but I ultimately lost frame. That is not acceptable.

First week of Improvement and progress thread.

Positive:

The number one biggest positive for this week is that I am not trying to put on different habits to force a change. I'm changing as a person and as a result of that I'm investing in different habits. It's real mother fuckers. Lets go.
Moved my home body weight "workouts" back to the gym. I was waiting for my pull-ups to get to 3 sets of 10 as a marker of dedication, but all of the advice here to lift at all costs has sent me back to the gym.
Kept my dishes out of the sink all week. Have started habitualizing washing my dishes after I cook and eat.
Starting to get into a schedule making sure I get to sleep on time and wake up rested, as well as spending my time in the day in a productive manner.
Working on a speech for toastmasters. I highly encourage anyone here to get into toastmasters, it's been a great tool of self improvement and puts me around a group of people who take care of themselves.

Oh, I almost forgot, started "hitting on" women. No "oh my God what am I going to say?" and then flaking. just see a girl walk up and start mashing my gums together about something mutually around us. She doesn't seem to respond I walk off. No biggie.

Negative:

I've lost a lot on my bench at the gym. After warming up to it, I could only do 155 for a full ten reps on the first set. A far cry from the guy in HS who was going for a 250 1rm PR.
The biggest negative for me right now is work. I am in sales, b2b, but I haven't really had the training needed. I'm supposed to be introducing a new line of planetary mixers atm, and I am frozen. It's part fear and part laziness but I absolutely need to spend my time at work in a better way. In fact I'm typing this while at work. Even if it means failing, I need to get cracking on trying.
If i'm going to study Italian flashcards for verbs, I need to study actual Italian, the language and how sentences are put together and such. And probably need to study the flashcards more often.
I need to meal plan better. I am looking for long term success. A meat, some broccoli or cauliflower and some rice or black beans just isn't interesting enough/ enough variety to keep me from burning out in the long term.
Had told myself I was going to go out alone this weekend to try and better learn how to socialize, haven't found a place to go so I've still not solidified any plans and it's Friday, which means I probably won't be going.

Swallowed TRP about 2 weeks ago, so I will start from then and go forward with my progress. I have seen big improvements and changes since doing so. Also, I am 23M.

Before I swallowed TRP: - took an old classmate out for drinks, escalated to K-close in my car before dropping her off.

proceeded to develop oneitis for said female
her birthday was the following week, so I had flowers delivered to her (berate me, I know. I now realize how dumb this was for me to do even though she appreciated them).
Day before her birthday, ran into her at the bar Thursday night and gamed her up. Had a couple drunken takeouts.
Oneitis worsens

This is when I discovered TRP and began my transformation.

Since discovering TRP: - Got back into the gym. I have always lifted on and off throughout college often for 3-4 months at a time, but could never go longer than that. This time will be different.

Cut the junk out of my diet. Going to implement a better diet soon, but I thought it would be good to start with eliminating junk first.
Hung out with a different female earlier this week, days after discovering TRP. Attempted to escalate through kino but was shut down by ASD.
Yesterday, a girl from my blue-pill past reached out to me via text. Imploring the ideologies set forth by TRP theory, I set a date with her last night and went back to her place afterward. This girl never let me fuck once in my blue pill past, but I did last night. (Didn't last too long, but thats another work in progress)
Oneitis for originally mentioned female is now fleeting.

Hoping to keep the positive changes going and continue to improve my overall quality of life.

Edit: Also have been NoFap for a week, and have also booked a trip to Europe for 2 weeks in May with some close friends before we all head our separate ways and begin our careers.

Positive:

Been doing internalization and meditation on myself. Have already realized that internally I have some victim mentality issues. Now that im aware of it i can just work on that. I feel amazing.

Started reading bachelor pad economics.

Looking for a gym in town to start lifting once money flows again.

Negative:

I just have no frame. Can at least say im aware now but sucks to be treated like a bitch. Is on me. Im responsible.

I feel alone, even if im really not, and the quest for external acceptance brought me to the land of no respect. This sucks. Next months are gonna be a ride, im getting out of this.

Haven't been trying to meet women. Dont feel like it. I should be, but aren't.

W5. I kind of fucked up, but with every reflection there's an improvement.

Positives: -Finished 48 Laws and now going to revise TRM once again, don't have time to read through TRM3 atm, but will do so later. - Done some uni work Negatives: Stopped going to the gym this week as procrastination got all my deadlines stuck at the same time, need to make a plan of action. - Still can't keep up with diet.

Overall: Sometimes nihilism hits me hard, what kind of reflects on my motivation levels, guess a solid plan is a must, so I won't have any excuses and even if I did, I'd simply follow and work on a more solid plan, rather than delaying things.

Physically: Just finished exams, next week im going to the gym and i need to finish my workout scheduel.

Mentally: I lack a lot of Discipline anybody know of any books that can help me tackle that area?

Education: Whent so so 3 bad Courses 3 average courses 1 very good course. Starting the NoFap and im going to download a blocking webpage extension.

Socially: Got a new circle of friends through a friend of mine with whom I hang out a lot. I was bullied as a child and have been socially awkward since then(I probably was the weird or annoying kid ) so looking for material to improve my ability to talk to people.

Real progress: I started to force myself to look at peoples eyes.There has been progress. Now the first thing I do is look at peoples eyes while talking. And it has become less awkward.

I have realized that I look better with eyeglasses, I have reached 208 pounds at 6'3" 13%bf and I have used stoic wisdom to deal with some awful stuff.

Training is going good. Back to full hard lower body training.
Nice set of 140kg x 5 on squat @RPE 9
Weight is decent. emphasis on decent, not good, not bad, just decent.
Sometimes fear I am not going out of my training comfort zone. I need to be 100% I am actually pushing myself hard.

Social 6/10

Vacation so I haven't been social at all.
One small little note on bodylanguage I learned/noticed today: girls body facing you despite interacting with another guy.
Close to setting up a hangout with a friend. He asked if I was getting too cool for him. interesting...

Misc 10/10

Pretty much finished driving licence theory
Map driving finished.
Worked on personal grapich design project, map of life. made a good amount of progress
Worked some for my dad. $$$
Been relaxing a lot, recharging, because of school vacation.

Physically: I tried a belt for the first time the other day while lifting and it was amazing, never going back. I’m almost back at my max squat number (275lbs at 154 5’11”) after an injury during my last attempt at a max of 285lbs because of poor form but now I’ve been able to work on form at lower weights for a while and slowly building myself up again.

Education: Turned an assignment in for english which is my lowest grade at a C-. I felt really confident on it and am expecting a good grade on it. My books came in the other day and I got 12 rules for life, 48 laws, how to win friends and influence people as well as some books by Neil DeGrasse Tyson as I rather enjoy astrophysics and science.

Socially: Feeling a noticeable difference in my confidence with talking to people I don’t normally talk to in class as well as participating in discussions in class.

Misc: Lowered the amount of times I masturbate from 4 times a week and it’s a little closer to 3 times a week.

Ever since my books came in I have begun reading daily for about twenty minutes.

I haven’t played much video games recently in part because of the amount of work I am given in school.

Going to rake my drivers test pretty soon and am looking forward to that although I do not have a job yet but am planning on one in the summer when I have more time within the week.

Positive • No fap for 10 days • Had an amazing conversation with a hb9 at chick fil a, was really social and my friend was stunned. • been hitting the gym everyday for a week, can finally do 8 sets of 8 pull-ups using a resistance band. I sprained my ankle last week during kickboxing warmup and am out of commission since then. Might require physio to heal fully (I can walk now but with a slight limp). Don't know when I will return to training and this kills me internally.

In the meanwhile, I've been careful with my diet decreasing macros proportionally in light of decreasing metabolism due to inactivity. Thankfully I lost 2 lbs in the past week so I hope I can at least maintain my weight if not lose it any further. Doing IF has helped.

I have a few side projects coming in that I want to take the time out for and deliver. Also working on my personal brand, hoping to launch something soon in my niche in the summer.

Maintaining frame with wife and still getting sex few times a week. I find when I don't beg for it, I get more of it. Huh, who knew...

Positives: I have been on TRP for almost a month and a half now. This post will be kind of a catch up for the crazy amount of things I have improved on.

First, I discovered TRP when I started to develop Oneitis for a plate. I cut contact with her the same week after discovering TRP.

I have now been going to the gym very consistently for the past month. I have even added boxing into my gym routine which has put me light years ahead into maintaining good cardio as I have never been a runner. I am at the healthiest point in my life rn. I just hit 15% body fat this week, can consistently bench 135 at 10 reps a set and have lost 20 pounds while gaining muscle in the past 8 months.

By cutting contact with the plate, she reached out to me 2 weeks ago to hook up. I bided my time, and did hook up with her again. Lesson learned: don't hook up again with the Oneitis that brought you here. I broke frame this past week with her and realized I had to next her. So I ended it and have never felt more free.

I have made great improvements in my social life as I now realize I don't care what happens because I know I'll be fine. Also helps that I have a very positive view on life in general. I could rant about all of the TRP things that are true and how they've affected me this past month and half, but that's too info much for this post.

Negatives: relapsed on Nofap this week. But I am always improving as I am down to only flapping 2-3 times a week now instead of twice a day just 2 months ago. Diet is still up and down, and I need to focus on this more this coming week if I want to hit 10% body fat within the next year.

Just taking tiny steps towards your goal, will bring you there at a healthy pace where you can maximize certain aspects of your life you want to focus on every week. With TRP, these tiny steps are much bigger steps than I could've ever imagined. I can attest that within this past month, I have made more movement towards becoming a man, then I could've made in 2 years.

I’m 167cm (5’5″), white and 24. I've been into self-improvement for a 3-4 years now and into PUA / TRP / Manosphere for about the last 2.

This is my first post on the Weekly Improvement and Progress Thread.

Week 1 - Improvement and Progress Thread:

Positive:

Diet - Meal Prepped Lunches for the week ahead. Made sure my local thai place stopped giving me rice (I eat there every night). I’ve been fasting until lunch everyday.
Education - Re-Listened to Cal Newport's "So Good They Can't Ignore You" on Audible. Continued Reading Nick Krauser's 4th Memoir, Adventure Sex.
Exercise - Lots of walking when I get bored. I listen to Audible while I’m strolling.
Game - Number closed a girl who asked me for directions. While having a few post work beers I daygamed a girl and bounced her into the bar.
Journal - Created a journal in excel. Backfilled it to the start of the year and completed this week.
Misc - Checked out the motorbike I want to buy in-store and investigated the costs.
Personal Management - I've been trying to implement David Allen's "Getting Things Done" as my personal management system. This week I read the implementation guide and investigated filing cabinets. I also did some planning / brainstorming.
Social - Organised to have beers with a mate from work.
Work - Had a really good work week at my temp job. Completed paperwork for my new job.

Negative:

Alcohol - I drank 3 beers during one weekday and got pissed on friday. I’ve been drinking a lot more alcohol lately.
Diet - Atrocious. I’ve let the reins go a bit drinking beers, eating carbs (pizza, chips :/) and consuming sugar.
Gym - Didn’t go…
