Today, my former main plate messaged me after ghosting me for two weeks. She tried to punish me when I corrected disrespectful behavior by withdrawing her attention. I didn't text her one bit.

Instead, I have an 18 year old first year pussy coming to cook dinner with me as a first date on Sunday, and a 20 year old coming over for the same thing on Monday. I've never met either of them.

My problem was that the main plate drained my balls so much that I slowly let go of my abundance while we were seeing each other. Now I have another two girls coming in, I feel back on top, and I won't let it happen again.

I'm having issues with lethargy, and I should be eating more, but I'm finding it very difficult. I'm going to start chugging milk in the mornings for some more calories so that my cut doesn't start eating my muscle too.

This week, I finally made the leap from the gym being something I had to bring myself to go, to actually wanting to go smash out a session and put in my 110% no matter what time of the day or how tired I am.

At uni, I've created a little group mentality with all the boys where we talk shit about the gym and compare "gains".

Although I have finally found a gear for the gym, it has not carried over into uni work. I'm working towards not procrastinating and putting my head down and getting shit done.

Hit a few personal bests: 100lbs overhead dumbbell press for 6, 300lbs squat for 2 and 265lbs deadlifts for 6

This week I finally increased my bench press as well as continuing to go to the gym consistently. I have also been focusing on my schoolwork more consistently and getting out of my comfort zone to speak to new people Problems is that I still watch porn 1-2x a week

I didn't like the job I've been working for the past few months. So I went and found another this morning .thats not the end of the road so I plan to put together a resume so I can find something better than the job I'll have soon.

I want the drive I had last year when I was sleeping in my van.so this time around I'll be doing that voluntarily.

I never been so clear headed and focused on a mission . I save a lot of money to so there's that. I have a ton of books I need to read so the distractions of living at home with wifi won't intervene with reading and studying. I plan to only come home to was the clothes I need for work and maybe a Sunday afternoon for a steak dinner If i really feel I'm getting shit done.

Success - I think overall it's been pretty good thus far looking back in hindsight. I'm kinda proud of myself and wanna keep going.

-I've lost a total of 10 lbs so far - can only afford the gym twice a week but I have a chin up bar and an ab wheel at home so I'm doing what I can every night regardless. Eating way better, drinking less too.

Got the arrangements made for a gig with my band in May for a new single release

Finished a collaboration video with some buddies doing a cover of a Plini song, put that on the internet. Shit was tough to play.

Stopped feeling like shit about my LTR ending by her cheating and branch swinging. Really refocusing on myself then finding better women.

Tentatively may have a job that could result in starting 41k a year + full benefits. Waiting on the call to say if I got it or not this week. Fingers crossed.

Fails: Didn't go to the gym last week. Not doing that again

Despite getting out there a bit more, seeing some more local shows and bands, was way too shy to actually approach any girls and talk with them. Gotta improve my game and confidence.

Although this realization is one TRP teaches from the very beginning, It didn't make total sense till Friday. You won't get what you want until you go get what you want.

I've been half assing fitness for a while, but this week I've changed course. I've worked out 7 days in a row! The Men of March thread has really lit a fire under my obese ass and I feel great about it.

I lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday and run Sunday Tuesday, Thursday. I already feel my manhood cumming back to me. Actually, it's coming for the first time in my life.

I've also applied treatinf all women like children. I work with all women, all day. This practice WORKS. I work with middle aged women, generally at least 20 years older than me and now they're all begging for my leadership and doing everything they can to please me.

I started a business venture, with a woman no less. It has been going great, but I can tell you I get to see some pretty insane behaviour from women now from the inside.

Females are fucking ferocious to eachother. The sick stuff they will do to eachother if they feel somebody is getting ahead is beyond belief. I had a female Risk and Compliance Officer at KPMG phone and mail in threats because she disliked the girl I work with on this. I was flabbergasted, this is supposed to be an educated person at a top level firm.

I have been using a lot of TRP to successfully manage stuff like that when it comes up. I never even leave stuff open to debate, I tell and then I will check on thoughts and feelings afterwards to make sure I'm not building resentment.

This week, I finally did some bits of activity after about 8 months of bipolar depression. I started learning web development, read a bit, ran 4 times this week and also made a journal tracking my progress (NoFap, running, bathing, reading, mood and energy {because of bipolar disorder}) and I am for the first time in a few months not feeling like killing myself.

This week has been a blessing, although I have failed a number of times, at least I have started towards improvement. I am confident next friday my report card will improve.

Came to work earlier than usual
Did all the work I had for the day everyday
Opened conversations with persons, so it's getting easier to interact

Bad:

Spent the week PMO free but relapsed because I didn't keep myself busy enough.
I was into my job more than usual, that's a good thing but I didn't do any personal accomplishments on making my own business.

Just got back from Spring Break where I held frame with my guy friends and asserted myself as the AMOTG. This second half of the semester I plan to refrain from smoking/drinking during the week and stop smoking cigarettes completely.

Failures: My main problem is I am still struggling with PE. It is severely affecting my confidence with woman to the point where I don't even try to pull because i know I will bust in 20 seconds. It is actually ruining my happiness and confidence as a strong, attractive man.

I'm very new to TRP, but went to the bar last night and tried to apply what I've been learning. I'm in college and it was a bar where pretty much everyone was in a frat/sorority, all the girls were an 8 or higher. I talked a little but didn't approach as much as I'd like. Also, the dance floor was closed so it was all about that talking game.

At the end of the night I had my chance by running into a girl whom I was friendly with last year. I was ready to leave so we talked a little and i got her number. I didn't do as well as I liked, for example I didn't get any emotions out of her and didn't maintain a very confident frame. If I don't get a response, I'll know I don't deserve it. But it's a great feeling to mess up talking to a girl and knowing where you went wrong instead of feeling like a failure. I'm also planning on rushing in the fall so i made a few guy friends who can help me get into frats.
