No. The first thing that her divorce attorney will do is either:

Claim that she didn't have a lawyer present and it was an unfair agreement
Claim that it was signed under duress / coercion and that is is invalid

If you want kids then surrogacy is an option for having a kid that is yours with 100% custody. Seems that it can be very expensive initially but you can mitigate that by going overseas for the actual surrogate

If you marry in the West, you have at least 50% chance you'll be divorced, in which case you can lose everything, and even rot in prison for not paying child support or for a false rape claim. If you really want to marry, be the best possible alternative for your future wife, and don't marry in the Western world, most of these women are corrupted beyond help.

This will force your woman to look "up" to you and be Charming because she will know you can leave if she Shit Tests excessively.

If you have children they automatically get Child Support (how the laws work) so other than splitting your Assets and Alimony it's the same.

By not marrying you protect your Assets and prevent Alimony. (but not Child Support)

However, in Canada your Assets are not protected and Alimony might apply anyway.

i have come to the conclusion that the only possibility for a western man today is by moving to a non-westernized country and marry a local. this still leaves substantial risk (e.g. when the laws change to westernized divorce laws), but atleast your start with the proper basis.

if you want to stay in the west, consider surrogacy.

There are options. When I told my gf I didn't want to get married she understood. She didn't trust herself not to take me for all I'm worth if we got divorced. She asked if we vould atleast have a wedding if nothing else but not get legally married. We make the same amount of money and her family would buy the dress and pay for some other things so the whole "man pays for wedding" doesnt apply here.

So after doing some research I found that where I live there's no recognition of marriage without a license or any of the laws that come with it. So for me that's something I'm considering.

Also although divorce rates are 50 percent, for people with bachelores degress get divorced much less than people without. One suspects money is a factor. So if you both have a college degree you stand a better chance by far than average.

Ultimately its your call bro. Ask us for advice but you know there are some women who are worth loving. You just have toknow what you are risking.

If you have a good lawyer, you can get a solid pre-nup. Make sure that she has counsel present so that it cannot be claimed that she "signed under duress." You will have to give her something in the event of a divorce. But the key is to make it a loss you can recover from. Also, a lot of men tend to get wiped out by attorney fees in a long and drawn out court battle.

If you are a higher net worth individual, you can protect some of your assets overseas. In certain states there are also things known as Domestic Asset Protection Trusts. You would have to talk to an attorney, but you can effectively take certain assets (e.g business equity and homes) off the table when it comes to the divorce settlement.

If you get a good attorney and/or accountant, there are many ways to protect your assets. Unfortunately, this does cost a lot of money and many of these options are only available to wealthy individuals. But it is a hell of a lot cheaper than being divorce-raped.

Celibacy is an alternative. I don't expect a lot of upvotes, but somebody needs to say it. The option is there. To be totally mate-less, or at least sex-less. Sex is her main currency. When sex is not in the equation, she has little currency, and hence, you'll have little debt/bondage/suffering.

If a generation of young men in north america recognize that marriage is a shitty deal, there are going to be some big social problems.

If we're interested in preserving our nation on the basis of preserving marriage as important or even sacred, I think it's already a tad too late. I think marriage has been nearly dismantled in full, thanks to issues that have been trending upward for a long time. Marriage in the 21st century Western world seems an incredibly unwise thing (for a guy) to do, imo. I liken it to talking to cops without a lawyer. Everything can and will be used against a guy -- and it will likely happen in a court of law.

Perhaps we need to let marriage continue to decline. Like a supply and demand crisis often naturally works itself out, perhaps this will too. If people cease to marry to the point it causes alarm, and lawmakers notice - perhaps laws will change, and the playing field could then become level once again. We don't have to hurt anybody or wage wars or protests. We can simply each cast a vote by not marrying, and standing free.

TL;DR: consider celibacy as a means for eliminating countless woes, and incurring few, if any.

Good quality at an acceptable price.

The law gives all power over marriage and children to women since that's all they really have in life.

Marriage can be a really shitty deal. But also shitty is being single and getting accused of rape. At least in marriage, rape accusations are rare. Just sayin.

TL;DR: If sex is desired, marriage may be better than accusations of rape.
