I think it's hilarious, honestly. So much of red pill is all about holding frame relating to women... and I get it. If you wanna get your dick wet, there's a biological strategy for doing so and you can hijack a woman's biology to your advantage. Good for fucking you. However, to be frank, sooner or later it's going to run you dry and you're going to ask yourself if there's more to all of this shit than just getting you DW.

There is.

Look, mates. The first step is to learn to control your emotions because most of us were originally blue pill beta firecrackers, and stoicism is better than being a wild card... so by all means if that's where you're at, keep on keeping on. BUT... being able to express your emotions in a controlled fashion is WAY better than rigid reservation. And yes, this includes showing emotion in front of others... even women.

You can get to the point in your emotional evolution where you can calmly express any emotion, including sadness and anger. We're the ones leading the control of the social narrative, here. Who are THEY to say that expressing negative emotion is a weakness? It's all in how you do it.

For me, there is nothing more empowering than owning my own emotions. "Holding frame" doesn't mean not showing feelings to women, it means being in control of them as you let them out. Women actually come to respect your tears and your anger if you pull them into the frame of, "expression is healthy, what are you, a robot?" You can flip the narrative with your frame, even while feeling emotions... deeply.

This is particularity important if you want any kind of LTR. Do you want to go the entire relationship hiding who you are? You'll drive yourself mad sooner or later if you go that route. Here's what you do instead:

Cry when you feel like crying. Be angry when you feel like being angry. Don't hold anything back. Instead, control it and wrap your frame around it. Be calm, yet angry. Be calm, yet sad. Make the people, and the women in your life feel like they're fools for holding their emotions in. Show them, by example, that a strong person OWNS their emotions and still gets all their shit done. Make others feel like anything else is weakness... because honestly, it is. It really is. This is the deepest level of truth. The ultimate tightrope walk.

To be honest, the times I feel the most invincible are the times I'm shedding tears... happy or sad. Nothing can touch me when I'm in full control of my emotions and not holding anything back. And to be frank, the difference between a girl and a woman is her ability to handle it. You don't need little girls in your life for anything more than a pump and dump, but when you solidify a frame around your tears, own them, and she doesn't run... that's a good sign. She may be LTR material if that is what you're looking for.

Just some food for thought. Keep on keeping on, mates.
