The guy offering the trip should not be faulted for doing what he is doing; it is not his responsibility to not interfere in another couple's relationship.

The responsibility is all upon the woman to be faithful to hers. She saw this as an opportunity to get what she wants even despite the fact that her boyfriend is uncomfortable.

If you can stay in that sort of relationship where your opinion is completely negated, you deserve everything bad that is bound to happen to you as a result.
