Learn to shoot. You don't even have to buy a gun, let alone take it home, let alone carry concealed, and so on. Just learn how. IME, most gun enthusiasts are more than happy to teach newbies.
Take up a physical martial art, and the following is critical: IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH ONE IS BEST, because the relative difference between (A) any art versus no art at all, compared to (B) the 'best' art versus any art at all, is huge. Even as terrible as I am at aikido, the advantage that the little practice I have gives me over guys with no experience or training -- including the man I myself was before taking it up -- is tremendous compared to the advantage the massive practice in harder arts gives other guys over me, and myself over my previous self.
Study a foreign language. Not for seduction, although it helps, and not just with native speaking women of that language, but because learning a different grammar, structure, and culture through it will amplify your mental capacity tremendously. There are more free resources for this online than I can count.
Take up a musical instrument. Singing counts, but you're better off learning to play something else as well, too. Again, more resources online than I can count. I was proficient on flute and harmonica in my youth, and today I can sing like a old Vegas beast. Last night I went over to my local music store and picked up a nice cherry red Epiphone and stand for less than $202; today USPS dropped off my copy of Rocksmith 2014. Get a used console and you're set.
BOOKS MOTHERFUCKER DO YOU READ THEM! Read at least 2 books per month, one for education/self-improvement/etc., one for sheer pleasure. The sidebar and similar resources will give you a list for the first category; John Ringo's fiction is almost completely Red Pill, and that will lead you into similar authors. If you prefer audiobooks, do that instead.

Good on you for getting fitness and sports locked down already. You deserve praise for that, and even more for sticking your head up and asking about what to do next, regardless of what anybody else tells you. Not everybody responds well to wannabe drill sergeant heckling like NightwingTRPs, so don't let the "Endorsed" tag fool you.

I would start with learning practical skills: Trouble shooting car issues General construction skills Knowledge of weapons and experience with them Hunting Survival skills Self defense Learn and instrument Find something that you can obsess over and something that will make you so enthusiastic that you can't contain yourself and don't care what others think.

I have acquired a lot of skill just by having jobs in different fields from bartending to sales to construction to restaurant work to engineering. Find an older guy that doesn't play video games and tell him what you are after and get some guidance from someone that knows shit you don't know and knows you want to learn.

Start watching YouTube videos instead of tv and start listening to podcasts I dyed of music and you will be a Jedi compared to the average schmucks in short order.

I started down the informational junky highway about 10 years ago and I basically find a topic in interested in and study it till I feel like I could teach someone else and write a term paper from memory. My study has been:

Religion and atheism Internet marketing and entrepreneurship Slide guitar and recording Nutrition Body building Trp Investing Painting Tiny houses Living off the grid Passive income

I have many lesser interests but these are the primary ones that I feel I know more about that 99% of the population. The ability to your environment is where it's at. Try to avoid major time wasters and people who are only interested in flushing their time down the toilet.

Look at what other people do, and instead of saying, "That's a waste of time, he's fucking stupid," ask, "Why does he do that? What does he gain, and do I want that?"

Have hobbies.

I can weld, grind, fiberglass, solder, drill, etc...

Imagine some idea and create it.

MGTOW means you create your own path.

Hobbies that are creative are a great way to improve.

There's also something masculine about being knowledgable about all types of materials and tool usage.

The biggest problem is you need a workshop area. If you live in an apartment it can be difficult to do much. (it's not okay to just start grinding metal in an apartment building filled with people who will get pissed)

I owned two large homes and have done a lot of this over the years. Garage projects are a source of endless satisfaction.

Nothing now though.

Try a bunch of different things, see what you like. Find a group that does something you;ve never done, and join them for a while. I found I really liked ice skating that way.

Learn to ride a motorcycle. Learn a little about some a bunch of random things. Have some random knowledge you can drop anywhere. Will also help you communicate with anyone better.

Experience a bunch of different things. And then go experience something else that's new. Some will be good for just you. Others for two and some will work for both potentially.

Since your a grad student like myself I suggest learning about beer, wine, and spirits. You probably already drink a fair amount now learn the intricacies of it all and share your knowledge. When I go out intend to order for people cause I know a lot about booze and what they will like.

You lead your own life. The fact that you're a grown boy and don't seem to know what you're interested in speaks volumes. I can't decide your interests for you. If you don't know what you're interested in then start browsing hobbies. This is your first leadership decision. And it doesn't even matter if you get it right this time... it just matters that you make the decision.
