Actually, shoulder-to-hip ratio is the most important trait for attractiveness.

Penis size and height are tied in 2nd place.

Also, penis size has a larger attractiveness effect on taller people and on people with a large shoulder-to-hip ratio.

In other words, a dwarf with a big dick is no better off than a dwarf with a small dick. You gotta have the whole alpha package for any of this to matter.

Although considered important by women, penis size is a trait that is of little practical importance. By the time she sees your penis she has already decided irrevocably whether to sleep with you (absent any medical problem).

Yes but it's an alpha male trait. Genetic groups that highly value alpha males (I'm looking at you Black people) are selected for larger penis size.

However civilized societies that have valued providers over alphas during evolutionary timescales have been selected for smaller penises. See: European Jews, Indians, etc. This is especially true for genetic groups that have been calorically restricted, such as Asian rice farming types.
