A good principle to remember about shit-tests is; you don't actually play her game according to the rules she expects. You dismiss her authority to test you. The answer doesn't have to be dishonest.

Do not be confrontational though, unless the situation really calls for it. Playfulness is your friend.

Just say 7. It's easy to come up with further responses on the fly. Don't overthink it. For example:

"Why not a 10?". Look around: Do you think that you're better looking than all these women?
"Just 7?" Ya - at least you aren't a 3 or a 5!
"XYZ says I'm a 10." Then it looks like you have your answer for the night, no need for my opinion.
