One of the main tenets of TRP apart from understanding the dual nature of women is to improve oneself or rather improve SMV if you will. But saying that one must improve oneself is like just trying to find a perfect shell in the beach. In this list I am going to include the DOs and DONTs for having the perfect SMV to date the type of women you want to.

Before I start my list , I want to restate what SMV is and why being a member of this subreddit it is vital to have the maximal SMV.

SMV stands for Sexual Market Value which states what is your value in the dating market. The reason it is imperative to understand the importance of SMV is because of the relevance in the mating market. Women date higher ; Men date lower. Now I am going to state my ideas of what is Do and Donts of SMV and then based on the comments I receive I will change it and at then I will ask the mods to use this post at as a start and make an authentic list and then sidebar it.

DOs of SMV

  • The first and foremost goal in your life shouldn’t be to just survive it. Your main goal is to become the best man you can become. The day you become your best version of yourself, you will be at your highest SMV. ( which is just a paradox because you will always improve with regards to your SMV)

  • Have a basic understanding of epistemology( a field of knowledge in which you examine validity and integrity of your knowledge)

  • Go out a lot. Your main purpose shouldn’t be to get laid but to have fun. ( By this I mean you shouldn’t totally ignore the fact that you want to get pussy , but you should enjoy the experience of being outside)

  • Don’t waste your time. ( As a man your time and commitment is paramount.)

  • Don’t focus on getting one woman. ( As the famous saying goes , don’t put all the eggs in one basket)

  • Expensive car , clothing and lifestyle is just a no-no. You should only buy a $200,000 car if you have money left over from your monthly spending , savings , insurance , mortgage, loans and so on. Rather just buy a house on the rising side of the land. This will ensure your societal value and at the same time you are gaining monetary worth.

  • Don’t be surrounded by losers. As harsh as it may sound , it is the truth of life. This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t help others , but you should have a quality circle of friends who can help you. ( A rotten apple spoils the barrel.)
