Recently, my roommate was trying to hit on this girl via Snapchat which I honestly thought was a waste of time. Our attractive, Polish neighbor happened to be at our place to chat and paint. I suggested to my roommate that he send a snap of our neighbor to this girl. He proceeded to do so and he received a snap back with the caption "I can paint better than her".

My point is that Snapchat can be an effective platform for dread game. A plate who flakes on you? Just send her a snap of the other girl who decided to show up. Even if your plate is not misbehaving you can send her one of these snaps just to keep her in check. The best part is that the girl in your snap doesn't even need to be a plate! I would suggest sending snaps where the girl in focus is doing a harmless activity. Raunchy snaps will come off as try-hard. If you know she checks your Story then it might be better to put the snap in that section (able to be viewed for 24 hours by all friends). This will prevent any suspicions of you trying to make her jealous.
