Hmmm. It seems quite a bit of the points he makes are based on a Moral Objection, rather than any reason or logic. A simple shaming tactic.

I will give the author credit though, for actually doing his research on TRP. I'm pleasantly surprised at the lack of straw man arguments. However, the conclusions he draws are... off. Lets go through them!

They Prey on the Insecure.

Here the conclusion is reached we are insecure because TRP is more than just improving yourself as a man. The author quickly points out TRP is more than just a place that encourages men to grow and sustain themselves, its also a place that discusses women in a sexist tone!

Apparently pointing out the glaring flaws in feminism and basic observations about female mating behavior is "sexist as fuck", and clearly shows we are insecure.

The logic here is Sexist -> Insecure. And that's a jump that is frankly, completely unsupported by any evidence.

They Hate Women Because It Justifies Their Suffering

the interesting consistency between them all is that they're searching for an injustice to blame their misery on

Here the author implies that we just plain don't like women and our sexist attitude towards women is a manifestation of our misery. And as proof the author offers up this MRA argument:

Physical violence is outlawed whereas mental abuse is not, this allows women to get their way without being held accountable by a system of law.

Now this is more in MRA territory which TRP does not touch on. However, the author concludes that this statement implies women are smarter than men, and MRAs are angry they can't win arguments.

The authors arguments are still only shaming tactics at this point. No actually counter-points have been made to refute any of these claims.

Their Enemy is Everyone

Perhaps the most annoying thing about this post is a reformed white supremacist is chiming in from time to time about how hate filled and cult like MRAs are. Since we define masculinity to involve an attraction to the feminine now we also hate gays. Of course.

So far, the author's line of reasoning has solely been Sexist Ideals -> Insecurity, Hate of Women. About 80% of the article post is just him gawking at how mysogenic we must be.

They have no sense of consequence

I believe the author meant moral consequence because he seems to think we cant comprehend why beating women is a bad idea.

Then Mr. Ex-White-Supremacist dude points out "there is so much shit on TRP" and Men emotionally manipulate women too when they fake love to get into their pants.

This article should have been called "My Reaction to TRP", because these 5 "Truths" are nothing more than complete logical failures, extrapolated from our observations of female behavior. Gut reactions to how hateful we must be because we judge women honestly. Its like he looked through our common shaming tactic list and thought "I'll just do that!"

The author quoted this red pill comment:

"Just imagine a girl that quits and find a new job every week because she believes she need to explore her options and "find herself" professionally ... then her resume ends up as a collection of 30+ one-week gigs. Who would ever hire her to do serious work for a serious company?"

And then he goes on to say that he could list the flaws in the argument all day. But never bothers to list any flaws. Who is being illogical here?

Point counter point and on and on and so on. The best thing men can do for each other is educate one another on the insidious systems that await them, the United States family court system and the discrimination that awaits them in the workplace and legislature. Don't get married, don't have children in the US, don't expect a fair shake in the hiring process, and get marketable skills. Men need to go on strike. Read the book Men on Strike by Dr. Helen Smith, watch the documentary Divorce Corp. , watch the manwomanmyth channel on youtube , listen to some Tom Lykus , and act accordingly. See /r/killmarriage for other reference material. An educated population of men is the best offense and defense.

Funny story: I discovered the manosphere after Cracked made an unfunny attempt to paint the entire community as sexist and desperate 2 years ago. Not being a liberal sheep, I visited the sites and came to my own independent conclusion. The result was I never visited Cracked again (the site had peaked years earlier and I bet it's even worse now) and became a regular visitor to many men's sites.

Now I realize they used cliche feminist shaming tactics in order to mislead the weak-minded. I hope that some men are similarly enlightened as a result of this new article.

Except when it comes to writing them down. Because you don't. Not even one. I'm seeing this more and more on the Internet in relation to criticizing the manosphere. The only criticism is "doesn't this make you sick?" or something else like that. No articulated arguments. No appropriate examples to support said non-existent arguments. All we get is, ever heard of the KKK? Well they're like that. Enlightening.

I'm starting to think the manosphere critics are simply too unintelligent and inarticulate to understand what people in the manosphere are writing. It's as if they're people of average intelligence reading a scientific paper and getting really frustrated that they can't understand anything.

But at the same time, on the same forum, you can find someone saying that some women deserve to die because they are "hypergamous sluts."

This is a misinterpretation, am I right? Read the post he's referring to:

I strongly disagree with the assertion that he was "blue pill as they come". In the last pages of his manifesto he states his realization that women go for alpha types/"barbarians" while ignoring "magnificent" beta "gentlemen" like him. There's no point in feeling sorry for his victims since they are interchangeable with the hypergamous sluts that would have shunned him and also others who came to this sub.

That's the whole post. I'm not even sure what the post author's intent was. Is he merely summarizing Elliot or giving an opinion? The post is ambiguous, muddled, unclear. Whatever the case, the Cracked author hasn't even come close to an accurate interpretation.

So this is the best, worst thing the Cracked author could find to quote from the Red Pill. A muddled, disjointed, unclear off-hand comment the true meaning of which is elusive. He/she lifted a single phrase and told us what the rest said. I think even the author of the post would have a problem figuring out what he wrote.
