I believe all but the last one are true.

The first one, that sounds like the "captain-first mate" thing you'll see in RP subs that are more focused on long term relationships.

The second one, I don't think peak means what you're thinking it means. I'm assuming by "peak", they mean that's when women are horny all the time, like a teenage boy.

The third one is just acknowledging the fact that men and women are completely different things, just like TRP does.

Women get baby rabies around 30 and are also less likely to be inhibited by moral constraints than they were a decade earlier. Well, at least that was the case once.

Also, I'd wager that it's a self-serving narrative pushed by post wall-women in the media. Because who tells us the story of these perpetually horny thirtysomethings who are eager to put out, love sex and are really naughty to boot? Usually thirtysomething female journalists. I was wondering the sexual peak thing myself. What it means is that women want sex the most when they're 30. But by this token, men hit their sexual peak when they're 50. In both cases, "demand" (for sex) outstrips "supply" (of people who want to have sex with horny cougars or dirty old men)
