This list is a general compilation of things I have found to be true throughout my life. None of these are 100% accurate alone, but when combined they make for a very potent tool kit to dealing with people of all walks of life.

  1. People have no obligation to care about you or help you. You need to take care of yourself, and help instill this belief in other inexperienced men.

  2. Goals and direction are paramount. A man cannot progress if he does not know his ideal place in life.

  3. Your situation, standing, resources and capabilities are your only limiting factors. All of these can be improved through discipline, time and effort. Do not focus on what is fair and unfair in life, only focus on improvement.

  4. People will lie, cheat and manipulate to further their own ends. Conversely, it is necessary to practice these tools yourself to achieve your goals.

  5. When lying and manipulating, ensure you can cover for yourself. Always have an excuse or another backable lie to protect yourself.

  6. Lying, cheating and manipulating are tools to be used sparingly- overuse of these tools will eventually lead to their exposure and your downfall.

  7. Always assume someone else is using you for their means at your expense, until proven otherwise.

  8. Always assume the person you suspect of using you to be smarter and more experienced in the ways of the world and people, without exception.

  9. Appearances and reputation are everything. Cultivate how others view you by using honesty and hardwork. Your reputation can save you when caught lying and preserve your path to your goals.

  10. Do not overtly speak ill of others who have a better reputation than you.

  11. When you find yourself wondering if another person is capable of a malicious or selfish act, always assume they are until proven otherwise.

  12. Manipulating others does not need to be done with lies, blackmail or threats. A well cultivated reputation will encourage others to earn your favor, thus they will do as you ask or say.

  13. When you hear of a competitor's success, always recognize the success outwardly, followed by a seemingly light-hearted joke about one of their faults. This will remind everyone else that your competitor has made mistakes, and will do so again.

  14. Make documentation of every instance where a competitor or potential competitor makes a mistake. This can be used to greatly reduce their reputation at an appropriate time later on.

  15. Do not let small indulgences become obstacles to your goals. If your goal is to finish college with a high grade point average, do not waste all your time on pussy and booze.

  16. Do indulge, socialize, relax and meditate. These are all things that allow you to destress, analyze interactions with people, and find ways to improve your own faults.

  17. Do not allow others to gain information that can be used against you- because that is information that will be used.

  18. Be able to discard people at a whim- people who were friends or helpful at one point can hinder you down the line.

  19. Women are easy- Give them positive attention for a brief moment, then only use negative attention for a longer period of time to gain attraction. Always go against their expectations of you. Repeat as necessary.

  20. Do not offend someone who has more power than you in a situation. Calling a woman a slut after having sex with most likely damage your reputation and may end in rape charges. Calling out a man who is larger and a more capable fighter than you will result in your bodily injuries. Disrespecting your supervisor will affect your monetary value.

  21. People will fail you at the most inopportune times. Plan accordingly.
