Never chase after a bitch.
Ask women to do things for you. Subtly at first. Gradually start straight up ordering her around. The more she does it, the more she loves it. Order her around double ruthless, when in the bedroom.
Aloofness. Means emotionally standing apart and constantly evaluating her, ready to "fail" her ass and walk away anytime. She is always the one jumping through hoops for your approval, not the other way around. This dynamic is key even in LTR, lose it completely and you lose the woman's interest real quick.
Become more "outcome independent". Also known as "frankly-darling-I-don't-give-a-damn" attitude.
Never apologize to women, even if you are in the wrong. Never be afraid to be the bad guy, the jerk, the douche in her eyes. Bask in it instead like you just won the Oscar for a star male role performance.

I suggest he gets his life in order first:

Maximize career
Introspection / meditation
Create good habits, good diet etc
Working out / teamsport
Learn to socialize

I have been coaching a friend for a year+, and completely turned his life around. Here are some of the basic things I taught him first:

Never ask, tell.
Never pay for her drinks, or anything else.
She is your little sister.
Ignore all texts which isn't a question which you MUST address (and if you must, wait a while).
After a great fuck, fuck someone else.

And a lot of other stuff, mostly regarding why it is important to focus on yourself, first, then yourself, and then, yourself. It turned his life around. I coached him in the middle of situations, on the phone, and in conversation where it was just me and him.

If I was to give ONE advice to anyone, it would be to embrace the fact that we are all alone. You're the only one inside your head, you're the only one who will experience yourself dying, you're the only one who will experience your life. Everyone else are extras. Act like it.

Mindset: It's okay to be selfish. You are the most important thing in your life, so put yourself, your needs, your boundaries, your happiness first. Do not seek others approval. Go your own way first and become who you wan't to be (monk mode).
Continuous Self Improvement: Happiness comes from high self esteem. Self esteem comes from the achievement of your values/societies values. Becoming muscular/ripped, socially dominant, having game, being highly paid all increase your self esteem.
Outcome Independent: Practice outcome independence. Take action without being invested in the outcome. Aim to get rejected. Aim to push your comfort zone. Push your boundaries slightly on a regular basis and just watch your growth in all areas of your life.
Women Don't Come First: Put yourself first (see mindset). Never pedestal a pussy and show less investment in her than she does in you. Understand the fundamental nature of women/hypergammy and adjust your actions accordingly. Be incredibly sceptical about marriage. Create true abundance in your life and next anyone who does not add value to your existence.
Don't Take Life Too Seriously: At the end of the day, we are all going to die and our time is finite. Recognise this. Accept this. Do what the fuck you wan't to do and have fun with it.

Treat her like she's your bratty little sister - this works. The reality in any relationship is that there are unequal partners, despite what Oprah and Dr. Phil tells you. The man is like the parent for the woman that she looks up to. Be her steadfast rock. Don't tell her your problems, because she doesn't care, and can't mentally relate to you without her becoming insecure with you anyway. This is the way it is - deal with it. Does a little kid understand it when their mom and dad whine to them? Of course not, same thing here. If the parents shared problems with the child it would just frighten the child and lead to doubt and insecurity. I know this sounds fucked up, but this psychology works regarding how women think. Women want to feel safe, protected and provided for - this is how women's brains are hardwired. Remember Schopenhuaer: women are merely the most responsible teenagers in the house, not mature adults psychologically compared to men. Women will resent you if they have to be dominant and more responsible in the relationship. Women want to be lead and dominated by men, it is their nature.
