To completely let go and not give a shit about what others think of you; manifest your reality upon your surroundings.

Love squats? Let your love for squats and BRodin radiate out from you.

It's a weird line. On one hand, it's approval seeking behavior (complete faggatini mode) to try to appeal to masculine pursuits because that's what other men tell you makes you a man. On the other hand, you gotta' train your body into a temple of masculinity.

For me, that's meant meditation + becoming a built fat oly weightlifter.

See my comment history because I just discussed how the term describes traits associated with leadership and high status.

The simplest way to "become an alpha" is to stop asking for permission (whether directly or indirectly). In the words of Nike, "just do it."

And apply that idea to each facet of your life (business, career, hobbies, sexual and nonsexual relationships) and you'll see the difference between alpha and beta.

Adaptability.

The ability to handle any situation easily, as if you've been there thousands of times before. That's the basic core of alpha to me.

Being alpha at its core is being impatient. You want to have sex with a girl you ask her out, when she asks why you say your beautiful I want to fuck you. If a guy is being a dick you punch him in the face, you don't have time or enough care to explain anything. If you want something you take it regardless of whats up because you don't feel like waiting.
