I'm a big believer that how you are in private sets the tone for what you project in public. If you can't keep your shit together when you are sitting alone, staring at a computer screen...

You can start working on your Frame right now. Stop getting triggered. If you can understand that feminism is a society-wide shit test, then understand that getting triggered by height/race/immutables, triggered by some article on howtobeaman.com/iamacuntybitch.com/youwillnevergetlaid.com, is just going to bait the world at large to keep pushing that button for no other reason than it triggers you. Sure, immutables matter. Of course. But not nearly to the degree that you would like to believe... and let’s be honest, your defeatism is just a buffer preventing you from taking the risks necessary to succeed. You want to stay cozy in your misery and whine about it like woman expecting sympathy.

And this is why your Frame sucks. Not only do you get triggered by a shit test (fail), but you then actively whine about it (fail again). All a woman sees is you wallowing in excuses, seeking pity, rather than trying. This is why you are constantly shamed, because you are a coward.

Meditation is not bullshit. Emotional reactions are a choice. Yes, it seems impossible right now to you, but the more you work on it, the more often you will catch yourself in that moment where you feel obligated to react. You make the choice to get triggered. It is a little blip, like a Pavlovian response to stimuli, before the deluge of butthurt. You will find the little bug in your program because you put it there. You can control your emotions. It might seem impossible, but I assure you, butthurt is a choice. Indulging in it isn't giving up; it's an emotional coping mechanism to avoid facing your cowardice for not trying.

... and this is why lifting is so important. Not just because ladies like muscles. You get off your ass, change your lifestyle (you know you have to eat properly too, right?), and actually put some serious time investment (take a risk) in self improvement. You change your outlook on life, your Frame.
