So this morning i went into work at the body shop where I'm employed I work with two women detailing vehicles as my primary job, the first woman left maybe 15 minutes after clocking in because she "had a headache and didn't feel good" this is after she spent almost a month off work because her girlfriend decided she wanted to fuck other people. When this happened she checked herself into a local clinic and would come into work for maybe two hours one day a week leaving all the work load on me and the other woman we work with.

After she left work this morning the other woman went to lunch at around 11 and upon returning at 12 she tells me she's going home because she threw up and felt like shit leaving me alone to do all the days work. Luckily the first woman returned before I finished my lunch, she had taken a nap and felt good enough to return I guess. Between the two of them they've taken more sick days and time off in the last two months than I've taken since I started working 10 years ago. That's not to mention that two of the women who work in the office have taken time off for maternity leave and a third is pregnant now. None of the men I've worked with or that I work with now ever do this, the only time I don't see them is when they're on vacation or for the rare drs appointment. This is the real reason men EARN more than women and get promoted over them.
