The dictionary definition of "misogyny" is "dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women".

Many of our friends "across the aisle" have expanded that definition somewhat. You'll find in your travels across Reddit and the manosphere that your opponents define the following as misogyny:

--opposing feminism, especially its many excesses

--pointing out biological, sexual, social, emotional, and psychological differences in men and women

--disagreeing with a woman

--telling a woman "no"

--men refusing to do something a woman wants him to do

--refusing to help a woman

--refusing to move something heavy for a woman

--refusing to intervene or defend a woman being bullied or brutalized by the douchebag/shitbag she chose

--setting out examples of women behaving badly

--men insisting that women stop engaging in said bad behavior

--men adopting "zero tolerance" policies toward women's bad behavior

--men saying "I want things from my relationship/marriage and I expect wife/GF/woman to provide them"

--men expecting sex as part of a relationship

--men expecting ANYTHING as part of a relationship

--men saying "I have standards for a woman I date/have sex with/marry and I expect them to be met or I'm done"

--men saying "if you do X I will divorce you"

--men asking women about their past sexual histories

--men judging and rejecting women based on their past sexual histories

--men drawing conclusions about a woman based on her refusing to disclose her past sexual history

--men judging and rejecting women based on appearance or current behavior

--men deciding the criteria they will use to judge and reject women

--men resisting and rejecting women's efforts to impose criteria upon them

--men being resistant to women's shaming language

--men's preferences for tattooless, debt-free virgins

--men expressing any preferences for women

--men judging and rejecting women based on weight or age

--men judging and rejecting women for, well, any reason

--men ending relationships with women who mistreat and abuse them

--men getting pissed off that women direct bad behavior toward them

--men pointing out they were the recipients/victims of female bad behavior and expressing anger/frustration about said behavior

--men getting up and walking away from women abusing and maltreating them

--manspreading: The act of sitting in close quarters, especially on public transportation, with legs spread apart, "taking up too much room"

--refusing to give up your seat to a woman on public transportation

--"mansplaining" - when a man speaks up to explain something to a woman, even if said woman asks for said explanation and even when said woman knows nothing about the topic being explained, hence her request

Blue Pillers, feminists and the like tell us that any man saying or doing these things or getting angry about it is "misogyny" and "toxic" and "rape culture" and violent, evil, criminal, predatory, etc etc ad nauseam ad infinitum.

Women can treat you any way they want, and if you object, it's "misogyny".

A woman can act like an entitled bitch demanding the right to touch things that belong to you, and if you tell her "no", that's misogyny.

Women can say anything they want to you, and if you resist, it's "misogyny".

Your wife can rake you over the coals, and if you tell her "no", you're a misogynist.

A girl can nuclear reject you in public, and if you point out she's a bitch for doing so, that's "misogyny".

Saying "stop doing that to me" is misogyny.

Divorcing a woman for her poor treatment of you is misogyny.

Gillette appeases women with its silly ad; but poking fun at that ad is misogyny and "toxic masculinity".

This is just one of the many reasons why the Good Men have gone.
