To answer your other question, most women would give you an address near their home but not their exact home. We often already do this even when we order our own rides. I choose a convenience store nearby, and go inside after I’m dropped off to ensure the driver leaves.

Venmo /PayPal her money to cover her ride. Tell her "I'd like to send you money so you can get a cab/uver to come to our dinner date" You could also see if uber has like an email gift card and email her it
